You aren't realizing what happened. Genji dashed twice while killing the zarya, then got his dash refunded from the kill as is his passive. The passive thing isn't what the clip is about, its the fact that the zarya took the dash damage twice.

what genji needs is a reduced area of dmg while dashing, his dash reset needs to be taken away because he is absurdly strong in MANY situations. and his ultimate needs to be tuned as well in the sense that his hit area gets reduced while using ult. make genji a higher skill cap hero instead of literally a noobhunter
