THANK YOU LISA!! I’ve been a peach for just over 1 year and I found you just in time. I’m only 32 and when I was visiting my best friend from college she mentioned she started getting Botox and was pressuring me to go to a Botox party. I wasn’t even self conscious about my skin until she mentioned it so I kindly declined since it made me feel uncomfortable and I began to research like crazy, stumbled across your channel and never looked back. I love my peaches routine and look forward to it when I put my kids to sleep every night. I’ve been consistent and it’s starting to pay off since I’ve had a few mom friends who couldn’t believe I only wear mascara and some lipstick and no foundation or concealer. I send them all your way and tell them to ignore what your husband or spouse thinks about the milk of magnesia and frownies in bed…they are part of the magic! 😉 Keep doing what you are doing, women my age need to hear you preach!! Sending all my love, Irina
Irina🧡 I don’t know how to thank you for this comment. It came at the absolute second I was feeling a bit low. I watch other channels grow that have done so much to their faces or send the message of needles and procedures. Do not get me wrong it is their choice to make. Unfortunately I see the after effects and the self confidence lost. I have felt frustrated and unsure if I’m doing the right thing and if anyone is listening. I read your comment to my husband and he said ,” see Lisa you are changing lives slowly but surely.” Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to make mine better. I hope you had an amazing Mother’s Day Irina 🍑🙌🏻🧡 I am so grateful you are here and listening and sharing. 🧡Lisa
Awww yay!! I’m so happy you found my comment uplifting! You are doing GREAT! I really wish I had learned this in high school or maybe my early college days. I realized since starting your routine that I’ve never learned how to properly wash my face and once I got past the purge, my skin was not so bad after all! I wonder if there is any way you can reach high school girls or college women directly through local workshops or something in that nature to teach them your basic routine in how to properly care for your skin along with one simple anti aging tips they can start implementing such as frownies. I feel like if you can reach young girls and women learn how to take care of their skin at an early age their confidence in their skincare routine would already so strong that Botox or fillers won’t seem as appealing. Knowledge is power! It’s when women start to get that ONE wrinkle in their 30’s that they finally look into a skincare routine and at that point it’s so overwhelming they don’t know where to start, which products to use and don’t feel like they have the time to add a skincare routine to a life full travel, work, marriage, kids etc. so Botox is the easy answer and I get it. You are doing amazing work in one of the toughest industries on this planet. It’s extremely difficult to find someone who knows what they are talking about, is honest yet kind and actually practices what they preach. I apologize for this mini novel but I can’t thank you enough for the knowledge and wisdom you are putting out there FOR FREE BY THE WAY and giving us the power to feel confident in our skin. Keep doing what you are doing…YOU GOT THIS!! 🙌💪🍑✨
@@irinajames1136 you are amazing! I loved your “mini novel”! Your ideas are great and I used to be able to talk to those women, but young women today are very set in their ways. They see the Kardshians or the Non Reality of social media and it’s hard to teach and reach them. I am trying. Help me spread the word Irina 🧡 I appreciate you here very much. Blessings 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa
I was in my 30’s when I began working in a plastic surgeons office and Restalyn showed up on the scene the Dr injected some in my lips( I had been a bit of a “ Guinea Pig” for her) needless to say, I looked Marge Simpson and it truly was not beautiful… We need to change the dynamic here as Drew Barrymore said, she will never alter her face and “MEN need to let women know it’s ok to age”. For so long men have been told they look more handsome with the wrinkles and gray hair and women whose worth USED TO be tied to their femininity and youthfulness were washed up after 35. Lisa I always appreciate you and anyone who berates you on social media, take it as a badge of honor as you know you have arrived with a very POWERFUL message. ❤Elle

You ARE changing lives! I’m seeing this a year later and I’m so glad! I’m 58 and have never had anything done because something just didn’t seem right about injecting something we don’t really know super long term effects about. I’ve embraced aging and am not ashamed of it. It’s a privilege! I’m so grateful for this education. Thank you!!❤
Meg🍑 Thank you! Some days I feel very discouraged on RUclips and it means so much to me that you would take time out of your day to encourage me. I do hope you stay. I also started a new private Facebook group if you would ever like to join it have a blessed and beautiful day Meg🙌🏻🧡🍑Lisa
When I was in my 30s - which was aloooong time ago btw - botox was just starting to be commonly used cosmetically. A friend of mine (also in her 30s) went to get it because she was starting to see a few wrinkles. The doctor actually turned her away - guess he was one of the ethical ones - telling her that she didn't need it. He told her that botox can actually age the skin faster and she shouldn't have it done unless she was prepared to keep having it done for the rest of her life. He said it (botox) works by stretching out the skin and then freezing it (and the muscles under it) in place...so, no wrinkles (for a while) but, the problem is that after being stretched out for so long, the skin doesn't always snap back and, when it wears off, you can be left with slightly stretched out skin....I don't know if that is true but it does logically make sense (to me anyway) so I've never gone down that route...
Suzy 🧡 This is absolutely what I see. When I say I see more jowls that is essentially stretched out skin. Thank you for choosing to be here Suzie I hope you stay . Thank you for sharing and have a blessed and beautiful week. 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa
I had Botox done once. A few days later I was putting on my mascara when my brow started to twitch on its on. I flipped out; called the office and their rep told me it was impossible to be from Botox. I was disturbed, and thought maybe Botox just wasn’t for me. No one ever said anything more about it. I waited a few years and tried Xeomin. After 3 rounds, I quit it. It left my eye lids so droopy that I’m now using Nira and microcurrent to correct hooded eye lids….and I’m under 40. Thank you Lisa for bringing up what no one wants to talk about.
Katherine 🧡 Thank you for sharing your personal story! Yes nobody wants to talk about it. They don’t want to hear or see the reality. They are so afraid to age and it is simply sad. The beauty channels are the worst at times. All for money and fame I suppose. I appreciate you sharing and being here Katherine. Blessings for an amazing week 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa
@@rimavanhill-seal7557 it doesn’t change the substance you put in your body or face. However if your going to do this absolutely see a cosmetic surgeon.
Hi! This happened to me. 7 weeks after botox I saw my eyebrow move and I freaked out so much I spiraled into a panic attack. I've been having anxiety over this and I can't wait til they wear off

I am grateful I couldn't afford botox at the age I thought I needed to start... I was brainwashed and self conscious reading the feelings of the women around me as I was a massage therapist in south orange county California almost a decade ago... Something beautiful happened and I began not feeling the frequency of this, I refrained from watching tutorials from anyone touting their need for these alterations, and my heart cried for the young ones battering themselves on screen. Sure, I got insecure at times. I never joined any social media that triggered it to bother me. I am just keep reminding myself to be grateful for this freedom! P.s. thank you again Lisa for your true speak that got me to stop scraping my face with my fake at home microderm abrasion device. 🙏💗

Thank you for bringing this topic to the forefront, Lisa. I found you because I was looking for ways to decrease the bags under my eyes, & all I saw were videos about lasers, micro needling, fillers, or surgery. Your videos & teachings are so refreshing! But most of all, (with time, diligence & patience), they are working for me. I've been a Peach since June of 2022 (so now nine months?) & I just had another woman tell me that I'm aging backwards. It does take time, & patience isn't often our strong suit 😉 - not mine at least!! So, thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us. You are more appreciated than you know 💕
Amanda🧡 I LOVE THIS! Thank you for sharing here. You will touch and encourage others. If we can just be patient and love ourselves and eat healthy ( I do love cookies😉) get moving and get the blood flowing, we can be what we hope to be as we age. I appreciate you here very much Amanda. 🙌🏻🍑🧡 Lisa PLEASE spread the word!
Well said..aging gracefully is a blessing..and so are the wrinkles and grey hair...so many do not get the chance to live to even age..be thankful. Keep up the good work Lisa..the truth is always refreshing❤❤🌹
Personally I think its ok for everyone to age the way they want. I'm nearly 100% gray but opt for Xeomin in my forehead and masseter muscles (I grind and clench 24/7 so this is saving my teeth). I do this because I like the way it looks and I enjoy not having to fish makeup out of my forehead lines due to my oily skin. I have had lip filler and am not sure I will continue that in the future. I think it's nice to offer alternatives because there should be something available to everyone at every price point and at everyone's comfort level. But I can say that I was never pressured into this (by society or my injector) and no one should be pressured to get anything done if they don't wish to. The older I get the more I believe in the live and let live mentality.
I agree with your thinking on some levels. Because of my profession and the thousands of people we see struggling or the young people so low on self esteem my thoughts come from a different place. Psychologist and psychiatrist will tell you we are losing a generation of men and women to ridiculous beauty standards. I believe in choices and yes live and let live, unfortunately to many feel pressured or unattractive or no longer valuable as they age. You cover your forehead lines? Why? Movement and expression is absolutely normal. However if it brings you joy that is what matters. Keep watching and you will see why your skin is oily. It’s really normal 😉 I appreciate you being here and sharing your view. I do hope you stay. Have a blessed and blessed day MKM🙌🏻🧡🍑Lisa
Omg, I would never alter my face, I am going out with the same face I came in with!!!!..God doesn’t make mistakes, I am not the most beautiful woman in the world, but, I am not taking any chances of looking worse!!!!…I would rather use products or things I can do at home to age gracefully!…66 years old, and loving I am still healthy and alive!!!…awesome video, Lisa!!!…thank you for getting the message out there!!!!!…much love and appreciation!!!…💜💜💜💜💜💜
I couldn't agree with you more Linda! God made us just the way He wants us to be. We are each unique and beautiful in our own way. I'm almost 64 and glad that I can go out just wearing some lip gloss and feel confident in who I am.
THANK YOU for this video!!! I'm an acupuncturist for 20+ years. I have done many facelift acupuncture treatments together with treating with the internal dynamics as is the whole body works together. For years I've seen women have so many secondary issues from botox and there are NO DOCTORS talking about this!!! Women suddenly develop issues and no one connects the dots. Amazing! 😢 I'm 56 yes old feel amazing look good for my age, and that's from being dedicated to my overall well-being and not abusing my body with alcohol or smoking. I doubt that the medical world will ever admit anything from botox use. Like you said, there's too much $$$ at stake. In my younger years i wormed with a plastic surgeon for 6 years and saw first hand how a facelift is done, and when i saw how all the fascia is cut, and at the time i was studying massage therapy and understanding the crucial importance of the fascia, i immediately realized what a horror women are doing to their face. Luckily i was so young at the time and began my journey on paying attention to not just my inner health, but started massaging my face everyday, using coconut oil, castor oil and this was back in the 80's. Women need to wake up to the horrors the medical beauty industry is doing to them.
@@SoulSpark-g9p this is so beautiful and I love everything you had to say! Unfortunately, the beauty industry in the cosmetic surgery industry will never admit the damage they are doing to women! Literally deforming their faces telling him that that is what beauty is and if that is the standard. Now young girls are doing the same it is it’s own pandemic. Thank you for choosing to be here and I hope that you stay 🧡🙌🏼🍑Lisa
Never tox is amazing!!! I have been following this site and it’s unreal. The lady who started it is a hero. She really is. I had Botox a few times for my 11’s ( they are rather deep lol ). The only thing I inject or needles I use is a little lip filler. No , I don’t believe in the huge lip thing. lol. I have no lips. Made me look like I had no teeth. I had issues as a kid as a result , so I decided that I had to do something. It has zero to do with age. At least for me. If I could naturally make them look fuller ( no the plumping serums do nothing when you have No lips). I would far prefer it. I hate using this stuff but I won’t go back to looking sunken in. Which I did, and my mom has the same look and it’s simply a bad look. She doesn’t mind it , she is lucky! I always did.
That is something that needs to be talked about more, the atrophy of the facial muscles. Use it or you lose it. If you use the botox enough eventually when you stop , or when it wears off, your face will look like it has fallen as it has lost it's ability to function properly, so then you think see I look old without the botox, when perhaps you would have looked better had you never started. I think more people need to look outside themselves for some gratitude to live a fuller life. We do need to take care of ourselves and respect our bodies, but look away from the mirror and out into the world. I think we are seeing the damage done from too many people young and old, only concerned with appearances and no one taking the time to care about their relationships, how they treat people and the planet. It's all so self absorbed and we can see the crumbling of society because of it.
Nancy🧡 FABULOUS COMMENT!! Thank you so much for sharing and for being here. Thank you for also hearing what I’m teaching. Spread the word. Have a blessed week Nancy 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa
It was never tox and having a kid in med school ( and I know exactly what Botox actually does , yikes ) that made me not use it anymore. I used it maybe 3 times. In my forehead. I actually liked how it looked but after really seeing what this can do , I made the choice to not do it again and I’ve not had it in quite awhile. You speak truth. I appreciate that. So many make so much $ on this crap. It’s also something that once you start, you don’t stop. The faces out there these days are scary. The worst part is they think they look good. The only thing I do is I get a tiny bit of lip filler. I wish I could do something more natural to actually fill my lips. Like fat or something, idk but I was made fun of as a kid with my lips because I had none and it looked like I was almost smashed in. Very bad look. As I’ve aged . It’s improved somehow but I hated my no lips. My mom has it too and it gives her that no teeth look also. So I made the decision to get a little bit of filler. I used a half or less of a syringe and it just gives me a nice look and you can clearly see I have teeth. lol. It’s the only procedure I do. I did do some of the skin stuff like sylfirm for malasma and it helped a bit but I am not going to keep burning my face. I am using quality skin care and I work out and eat well. I do dye my roots. Which have some gray. Not fully. I am simply not a grey fan. That is ok. I don’t chase youth. I’m 58 and I accept it and love where I am in life. I’ve earned my 11’s. I want to point out that the starter of never tox is a hero! She is truly doing a great service. She is the one who I learned from about botox having a black box warning on it. Yikes. People need to be aware of this stuff.
@@laureng6083 thank you so much for leading this comment and I hope that many read it! You are so right about there being a warning on the box there really should be however, there’s so much money involved . The other point is that people don’t understand. It is not doing anything to be preventative. It is actually going to make your muscles worse later because you’re not working them out. So many beauty channels, so many on social media, are making so much money on all of these treatments, and all of these ridiculous tools, and I hope to be the voice of reason 🌺🙌🏼🙌🏼🍑Lisa

Most of us are not chasing perfection. This whole premise is rubbish. Do you dye your hair? Get your nails done? Shave your legs? To the lady who saw the lady with puffed up lips, who died and made you judge and jury of her aesthetic? Honestly, if I had a $ for every time I’ve been accused of having lip fillers, I’d be driving a Rolls Royce. I’m not and my lips are all mine. Regardless, even if they were not, why are you so judgey? Is it the misinformation being pended by so many on both sides? Problem is the legitimate issues (and there are many) can’t be discussed because of it!!!
I am so thankful Lisa that you are addressing this issue!! It is so important and no one seems to talk about the negatives. Thanks also for also sharing about Nevertox. Hi Lisa, thank you for the video. I saw that there is a cream called Adipeau which is supposed to restore some volume and facial fat. There are a couple of videos on RUclips with before and after. I understand your holistic approach and that’s great. But you cannot deny the many clinical trials which have shown that microneedling does stimulate collagen. It is not the temporary inflammation.
Andrew🧡 I disagree. Many of these trials show damage and yes swelling but they are not conclusive. Small groups and based on medical. I have seen thousands , hundreds of thousands and I see the results when clients come in for help or tell us mirco needleing was a part of their journey. Your message is so refreshing! I am trying to age naturally. I have a friend who is obsessed with her fave and aging. I almost need to back off because her next Botox and fillers consume her. @@PeachesSkinCare It is so unhealthy. I said my best friend and I made a promise to age naturally. I tried to share a biblical perspective to her about not letting it consume her. You can be pretty but work on your inner beauty too. I told her she is fine the way she is and pretty without her doing this to herself. She did not want to hear any of that. Funny thing she is a year younger than me and you would not know it. It is suppose to be making her look younger but to me putting all these chemicals in her body seem to age her. It is just such a quick fix! It is hard being 47 myself and hearing someone talk this way. There is so many better things to talk about. She has had the breast implants too, fillers, Botox and I honestly would have never known unless she told me. Now she needs more because she is not happy. It just never stops. I think the most beautiful thing is to see a healthy lady aging naturally and being confident in her own skin. Not that beauty routines in anyway are bad. I don’t get you want to eat well but you inject neurotoxins and poisons into your body. I yi yi so refreshing to find your channel. Yes, many people want to say that it’s alright because they inject and they simply don’t want to hear the truth or hear how damaging it can be. I saw a lady on television saying how she was all about holistic. She won’t take pills and she tries to heal herself naturally and yet she has cut into her face and injected and done all kinds of things. There seems to be a disconnect, people not understanding how bad it can be. Be an example and stay your course and if she’s happy, that’s what is important, but please know that you are beautiful just the way you are and you don’t need to do anything to your face. Be proud to show your journey. Have a wonderful week Raw. 🙌🏼🍑🧡Lisa
I agree with so much of what you're saying! I'm turning 32 this month. I want to see what our capacity is to age beautifully through diet, exercise, lotions, potions, and creams. I'm a nurse and see firsthand that some people well into their 70s look phenomenal for their age and haven't had anything done!! I know because I've asked them. They of course could be lying but they usually say something like "I'm not into all of that". Or they have no desire to spend the money. Most of them keep it simple or have their estee lauder creams on their bedside table😂. I feel like if it's possible for one person to look great without all of the invasive procedures, then it's possible for many of us. I cannot reiterate this enough, I think you're right, i feel like the injections are going to be another classic thing that turns out to be harmful. History always repeats itself, and we forget fast. I saw so many women and young girls in San Diego with procedures done and one thing I noticed is that it didn't make them any more confident. If you look them in the eye.. they immediately look down at their phone ..almost as if you've noticed the insecure misguided person hiding behind all of the work. Most people are getting things just because everyone else is doing it. They haven't even investigated if it's actually something that they want or if it's something society wants for them..anyway, some people with work done look great and are still great people. Those are the ones that spend just as much time developing their internal self
Sharon 🧡 Good morning 🌞 What an amazing comment! I love that you shared. Yes it takes time to be your best. You have to get up and move and eat well and wear a wide brimmed hat in the sun. You have to be consistent and do the work! I love how you essentially said… WORK ON YOUR INNER BEING. My message and compassion and fight are for everything you said. I see men and women daily so depressed or insecure and nothing they inject or cut changes that. So if we can love ourselves first and do the work perhaps if you do choose those things, they will be better for you. Or perhaps you just love who and what you are on your journey. Love your here Sharon 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

I have had to turn a few off. Thank you for being here Arleen I appreciate it and you very much. 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa
I am 56 and not going to inject anything into my face. It does not align with my values. I am so happy to have found you here and your knowledge. I have bought restore, flawless exfoliator, miracle mask, squeezed& perfecting polish. I love them all so much and the miracle mask is a fav. I appreciate they are natural and cruelty free… so important to me. The only product I had to gift to a friend was the perfecting polish. I saw it had whole dairy milk powder in it and since I am vegan for the animals I choose not to use this. To me it is not cruelty free but I’m not going to get into all that here. I think you are great and kind and maybe in the future this ingredient can be replaced with a plant based option ? Thanks for sharing your knowledge and concern for real beauty with us. Peace , Reese 🐄🫶
Reese 🧡 I to am vegan / plant based and it is something we have been making for so long ( 30+ years and an absolute game changer product) we have tried to adjust the ingredients with bad results. Please know I am VERY aware. Give me grace knowing that is something we are working hard on. So many companies do not list all their ingredients or hide it in big words, being honest is everything. If it helps we are soooooo careful how and where we get our milk but I do hear you and agree. Cruelty free has no excuses. Thank you for choosing to be a Peach and I am here if you need Anything. Have a blessed week Reese 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa
I love your message. I refuse to inject. I feel like 20 years from now, we will have so many people getting very sick from this. I had a non cosmetic procedure done to my forehead (injury) by a plastic surgeon. He does a lot of reconstruction surgeries. Anyway, he even said nothing will work but plastic surgery. I am not saying that is the way to go (I may consider it one day) but it is WAY different than the constant injecting. People don't realize once it wears off, it sags worse. I'll stick to NuFAce and Frownies along with retinol and SPF lol.
Jayne🧡 Love your comment. We already have sooooo many women sick and they don’t even realize it is from all of the procedures and injections. Later in life , who cares if I am sagging more , it’s part of the journey. You watch what you put in your mouth ( healthy food and water) yet you will inject your face with anything. All in an effort to stop aging? It makes no sense to me. Love you chose to be here today. Have a blessed week Jayne 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

I don’t know how to thank you for this comment.
I read your comment to my husband and he said ,” see Lisa you are changing lives slowly but surely.”

Suzy 🧡
This is absolutely what I see. When I say I see more jowls that is essentially stretched out skin.

I am grateful I couldn't afford botox at the age I thought I needed to start... I was brainwashed and self conscious reading the feelings of the women around me as I was a massage therapist in south orange county California almost a decade ago...

It’s really normal 😉
I appreciate you being here and sharing your view. I do hope you stay.

For years I've seen women have so many secondary issues from botox and there are NO DOCTORS talking about this!!! Women suddenly develop issues and no one connects the dots. Amazing! 😢
I'm 56 yes old feel amazing look good for my age, and that's from being dedicated to my overall well-being and not abusing my body with alcohol or smoking.

@@rimavanhill-seal7557 not true. I know you think so but not true.

It works for some but not everyone, the results, if any are moderate, and the cream is expensive but it may be a good alternative for those like me who do not want anything injected like fillers or Sculptra

It really isn’t special. Using good skin care and massage is even better. Just fyi.

I understand your holistic approach and that’s great. But you cannot deny the many clinical trials which have shown that microneedling does stimulate collagen. It is not the temporary inflammation.
Andrew🧡
I disagree. Many of these trials show damage and yes swelling but they are not conclusive. Small groups and based on medical. I have seen thousands , hundreds of thousands and I see the results when clients come in for help or tell us mirco needleing was a part of their journey. We see pinpoint scars and thickness and skin that is not happy.

Great video! Do you recommend tinted mineral SPF for the face? Or, would that be similar to applying foundation?

Thank you! I appreciate your kindness.
It really depends on the type of sunscreen or the brand. For example, I do light dermtology physical sunscreen, and it does have some tint to it but it’s natural. Your message is so refreshing! I am trying to age naturally. I have a friend who is obsessed with her fave and aging. I almost need to back off because her next Botox and fillers consume her. It is hard to age .. in this society with grace. It is uncomfortable to hear her talk about her lines, jowls and blah blah she is only 46. I want to be natural.
Raw🧡
I am so happy you found me and grateful for your comment. I see this every day, mostly women afraid to age and yet they deform their faces all in an effort to look younger. I am all for someone being happy but I have yet to see one truly confident.
I hope I can encourage you to be you, love you and not fall to a ridiculous beauty standards.
Blessings Raw 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa
When I searched Botox and toxins it was only people mainly promoting it on my deep dive. Ugh

Good morning 🌞
So beautifully said. I think many times when you start messing with your face you actually send a message that you’re older because when you look at someone who is doing some thing to their face, you think they must be? I also think once you start you get on this hamster wheel and you simply can’t stop. Every little wrinkle every little movement of your face you start to pick a part.
