Great videos . I thought this could also be used quantitatively because the height of each precipitin line is directly proportional to the amount of antigen added. if you use a few standards you can create a calibration curve to determine amount of the unknown . Would appreciate some clarification . Thanks !
Great video, but I think you could have told a better definition of Electrophoresis, like: the technique of separation based on differential migration (way and rate) of charged particles (analytes) in an electric field when potential is applied.
+Joey Orlando Electrophoresis = electrons & Holes.... based on charge... But both are true statements are valid. The particles (molecules or ions) move due to their charges. However, how far they move from the starting point does depend on both the charge and molecular weight. If a particle is positive then you would find is close to the negative electrode. In that respect, how far that particles travels depends on its weight, and therefore its ability to traverse the agar gel.
1. Why we have to create trough before electrophoresis ( without removing gel in trough) and why We should not remove gel in trough well before electrophoresis.
What is precipitin line please explain...or it simply means where the both antigen and antibody diffuse the line is named as precipitin line or it has some other meaning please reply?
Sir immunelectrophoresis is a qualitative process that tells us about whether the antigen is present on by precipitation rx n radial immunofiffusion is a quantitative process that tells us about the conc of antigen in blood.. Sir my question is if we wanr to know the conc. of Antibodies like IgG, IgM etc in blood what is the technique for that?? plz answer
Thank you, I have an exam in few hours and I'm not so ready, but watching your videos make a lot more easier, thanks from Algeria👌
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
Thanks this really helped me understand immuno electrophoresis. You explained it better than my lecturer in college.
I m seeing this amazing lacture after 9 year. amazing video 😍 thnku sir 🙏
I am glad to help you out
Wow Sir what a clear concept u have 🥰
Thank you
You were quite helpful. I liked your way of explaining the importance of the precipitation line!
+Seung-Heon Lee thank you. Glad it helped

This really helped me ❤❤ this is the only video with easy and point to point explanation. You are a blessing for biotechnology students sir.
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Wow so simple and accurate explanation by you.
As usual 💯😄
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
This video is really helpful.
Thank you sir !
You're welcome
Thank you so much sir ..
All cristal clear...

Thanks alot, great video and easy to understand.
Thank you very much.
Try to make all of ur vedioes in both Hindi and English bcoz I really appreciate ur vedioes..and they really helped me alot
Very good video. Congratulations from Brazil!
Thats the best explain of this thank u sirjii🤝🙏
You're welcome
I have understood this properly u r a genius 🔥 thanks a lot sir 😍
Glad you liked it
Thank you for making my concepts very clear by the best way of explanation 😁👍

thanks a lot .very easy to understand..i am an Msc student..very useful lecture
wonderful explanation sir.
You're welcome
Useful
Please can uh upload on Immunonephelometry
Better than my professor,,
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thank you very much that was very much helpful
Thank you so much sir ❤️😀
You're welcome
Thank you this is help me to understanding
Thank you so much sir!! You are amazing ❤️ ✨
You're welcome
Very helpful sir, thankyou so much!
Thank you

Because of the molecular mass
💕
Thank you,,now i understand this topic,,
You're welcome
4:15 - electrophoresis is not a separation technique based on charge, it's based on size
it is based on charge.
+Joey Orlando Electrophoresis = electrons & Holes.... based on charge...

???? and the charge determines where the fuck its going on the gel... you first year undergrad bro? It can be determined on charge or size. get a job.

As always amazing tutorials. Could you please suggust me how to prepare for ICMR exam?
May you be blessed
Thank you
thank you:) you were great!!
very very helpfull!!
Tqq fr such a clear explanation
Great video thanks!
You're welcome
Thanks a lot this is so helpful!
hey, thanx fr such video it was really helpful to me..BT I HV a question that if that Ab do nt react with the Ag than. wt will happen?
Himani Goel pricipitation line will not occur ..it all depends on the specificity of antibodies to react with the specific antigen.
Could you explain about rocket immunoelectrophoresis
very helpful video Sir
sir i want to know about rocket electrophoresis
What is precipitin line please explain...or it simply means where the both antigen and antibody diffuse the line is named as precipitin line or it has some other meaning please reply?
REALLY HELPFUL! saved my day thank you thank you
Thank you👍
Really it was helpful thnx sir
thanks 4 the vedio. if immune electrophoresis and immuno electrophoresis are same?
You're just amazing
Thank you
Sir instrumentation and bioanalytical techniques ke book bta dije
Which book would you refer for antigen antibody interactions.?
Can u please make a video on agglutination inhibition
Thanks😊

Nice lecture
Is electrophoresis a 2d gel electrophoresis?
No. They are different
@@shomusbiologyofficial 2d gel electrophoresis came for end semester exam and I wrote all about immunophoresis 😑
@@vitunachishi9469 hi what are u studying now ur what's app no
