2 Suger , चीनी 5kg
3 Salt , नमक 2.5 kg
4 Black Salt, काला नमक 100g
5 Black pepper ,काली मिर्च 100g
6 Red chili powder , लाल मिर्च 100g
7 Cumin , जीरा 200g
8 Carom seeds , अजवायन 100g
9 Cloves ,लौंग 50gar
10 Cinnamon ,दालचीनी 50g
11 Big Cardamom , बडी इलायची 100g
12 Long pepper , पीपली 100g
