    ingredients:-
    1 kg lemon
    .600 gm sugar/jaggery
    salt to taste
    1 tsp black salt
    1 tsp rock salt
    .30 gm carom seeds
    3 tsp cumin seeds
    2-3 tsp black pepper whole
    1 tsp suhaga
    4 no cinemon stick
    2 bay leaf
    4-5 cloves
    2 no black cardamom
    1. first step lemon mix with salt 3 weeks
    2. cut into 2-4 pieces lemon
    3. make lemon pickle masala
    4. lemon mix with spices and sugar
    5. keep in the sunlight for 2 hours daily for 15 days lemon pickle
    6. after one yours pickle ready to eat.
    7. If you keep it for 3 to 4 months then it becomes more tasty.
