I missed a flight to a country I was supposed to move to and had no money to buy another one. I ended up moving back to my home country and a few months later Covid happened and a few months after that cervical cancer was detected by doctors which has been overlooked by the doctors in the other country I was living in. Missing that flight did save my life !
I keep getting denied from different (better and higher paying) jobs within my district (I am an educator). Recently, A teacher introduced my coworker (art teacher) but completely ignored me and that made me feel so belittled. I was depressed for a minute but it motivated me to get my M.ED in school psychology so I will be applying to schools this fall. This constant rejection has shown me what I am passionate about and how I can cultivate my talents. Nobody will ever erase my existence again!

Yesterday I hit a curb and popped my tire, fortunately I was right by a tire store. When I pulled in and got my tires checked out the guy was like “😮I’m surprised this other tire hasn’t popped.. look the threads are literally busting out the seams” it’s crazy cause I drive my family around imagine if I was going 60 on the highway and my tire just bursts. I wasn’t even mad cause ik it was God.

When I was a little girl my step mom told me a story about how one day she was backed up in traffic waiting for the train to go by (& it would take forever) .. she was late to work that day so she decided to make an illegal U- turn and take a different route. She was in a car accident shortly after. She told me , if God sets something in your path that seems like bad news , it could actually be him protecting you from something bigger. ❤ I’m always grateful when I hit traffic or my plans are deterred. I find it’s easier for physical things - in matters of the heart it’s much more difficult to apply. But , that’s my big lesson! rejection is a blessing.

P.S. have you ever had longer periods or years that rejection didn’t make sense until years after? For me personally nothing has been working in my favour in 2024. So it’s hard to see right now how this is going to end up being divine timing. But trying to think that everything is working out for me. Hearing some stories about longer lived burn toast theories would really help
Could be karma or the evil eye. Do you do cleansing? Sage your living space and in the morning drink lemon juice and ginger to clean your body. Last year my life fell apart in 4 weeks, my grandma went to the hospital, my bf left me for another girl, i got a skin disease demodex that also spread to my scalp it was so bad i covered all my mirrors so i could not see myself in the state i was. By the end of summer i too went to a mental hospital. I’m a pisces and my saturn moved into retrograde could be that or just a bunch of karma all at once. Coming out of this period slowly I still can’t make sense of how this was important as it was just plain suffering. I believe some things are shitty and shouldn’t happen. I believe suffering is an integral part of life but we didn’t come to this planet just to experience suffering, we came to this planet to experience human life the good and the bad. If i could go back in time when all of this happened i still wouldn’t wanna relive my lows. Could be that someone manifested this for me as in evil eye agenda, can’t make out of it how someone’s life can completely fall apart in 4 weeks. I totally relate to you when you say nothing has been going well for you. Stay strong. If it’s someone else’s work against you meditation would help to clear yourself of unwanted energies and again sage.
I got practically disabled when I started my uni exchange program so had to change unis. Would’ve been stuck in Paris, freshly graduated, *precisely* during the worst of the pandemic. Watching new graduates lose their barely secured jobs and places to stay made me very happy with the universe 😅
@@mademoiselle7706I’d been living in a place I didn’t like and really feeling stuck in life in 2022. Come 2023, I had a really hard year, family died, someone ended things because of long distance. And a bunch of other things. Because of all this, I decided to move to where I met this person (delulu me) and finally start grad school. Although I experienced a lot of grief in 2023, that pain caused me to get a move on with moving forward in my life. Now i’m in one of the best programs in my field, in a city I really like, and closer to my family. Everything happens for a reason, and while there have been some hard moments, there have been some great moments too.
I couldn't get myself to crack med residency entrances for the last 3 years. Even though I knew I could do really well, the future seemed bleak to me and I saw no point in working so hard in a discipline that just wasn't the right match for me. Although I loved learning, the long hours, no sleep stuff didn't go well with who I was as a person, and no matter how hard I wanted to crack my residency, no matter how well I had been as a student before the three year flunk, I just didn't study. Now, by quite literally a miracle, I'm in one of the best institutes of the country, doing research and devoted to academia. The lifestyle fits, the discipline fits. I realised I love to learn medicine, just not live it on a day to day basis. Looking back, had I blindly moved on to crack my exams, I'd have never entered research and been miserable. The place I am in rn is the perfect fit. I'm inclined to believe something divine does work in the background

Due to me declining additional workload, my boss has offered me another position that is considered to most as a demotion. I have been unhappy in my career for years and have trouble making decisions in my life overall. I refuse to move backwards so I have decided to put in my two week notice tomorrow even though I have no other job lined up. its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back.

I personally don't believe in divine timing. I just believe in cause and effect. Imagine if you were trying to kill an ant hill so you sprayed poison. Imagine that a few ants got spared because they were looking for food. Was it divine timing they were spared or just right place/right time? However I do believe that life is so unpredictable that sometimes the bad things really can push us into a better direction. I believe it's up to us as individuals to keep going in life and make the best out of every situation.
I had this friend I was best friends with, our friendship ended over something really small and it left like I did nothing wrong. this friendship was damaging in a lot of ways, I had a notes of things she did that made me upset. I'm bad at confronting and never would have left her side without her forcing herself out of my life. my mom told me this was a blessing in disguise and I think about it everyone in a while the universe got my back

It's as though things like rejection and inconvenience could be seen as "course correctors" because you tried to go off course and the universe was like "hmmmm, let me get you back on track. You won't be happy about it now, but it's better than the alternative!"

It is a small story from my childhood. I wanted to get to a better language class in my school, because there were two classes, one on lower level and the second on higher level. My friends did the tests for the better one and got in. I did't get in. I was very sad at beginning, but it motivated me to study more and I got better. My teacher started to see it and she gave me the approval to transfer. I realized that I just wasn't ready like my friends and I needed some more time. I didn't give up on myself.
There was this job that I applied for that I really wanted, it would be my first big break to step into the field I went to school for. After two interviews someone else was chosen and my goodness I cried!!!! I cried for two days praying to God and asking why. The next day I got a call from the facility and they told me if I still wanted the job because their first choice didn’t work out. I was so happy thinking God answered my prayers…..but that didn’t last. A few months into the job I was extremely stressed out. I was sick multiple times,I started having high blood pressure issues till the point I needed to go to the hospital twice. The manager was insufferable, the worst manager I ever had to work for. I then realized this is why the universe didn’t want me to have this horrible job to begin with I was being protected. I learned my lesson after that, I simply accept what’s not for me is not for me and I’m okay with that.

The toughest part is when you're in the midst of the burnt toast for a few years but everyone around you seems to be doing really well! 😭 The truth is, there are many things in our life that we can't control the outcome of. We can do our best to maintain our health, finances, and relationships but die the next day in a plane crash. But we can control the brightness of our spirit even when nothing makes sense. The story about the plane crashing reminded me how I was so annoyed that I have to land in Vienna rather than in Prague, because it took longer for me to get home from there and I was really tired after 40 hour travel, only to find out that there was a huge train crash in Prague on that day and trains wouldn't work for several days, meaning I would get stuck in that city. I quickly realized how lucky I was.

i definitely believe in this too. start of 2023 i was working and I had so many worries on whether or not I would be able to study again, if it was truly meant for me to just work now. we were set to move to this city in the mountains and even though I didn’t show it to my parents I was so sad being away from the capital where all my friends, where the most opportunities happen. despite all the uncertainties at first, i still did give my best for all and trusted that things were happening for a reason, and i was right. two months into working my grandmother found out and was enraged lol. SO MUCH to the point she took me to the capital and decided to pay for my tuition to college (in my dream city, not to mention my dream program and dream school) everything really does happen for a reason, and it makes me so emotional to look back

Last year my life fell apart in 4 weeks, my grandma went to the hospital, my bf left me for another girl, i got a skin disease demodex that also spread to my scalp it was so bad i covered all my mirrors so i could not see myself in the state i was. By the end of summer i too went to a mental hospital. I’m a pisces and my saturn moved into retrograde could be that or just a bunch of karma all at once. Coming out of this period slowly I still can’t make sense of how this was important as it was just plain suffering. I believe some things are shitty and shouldn’t happen. I believe suffering is an integral part of life but we didn’t come to this planet just to experience suffering, we came to this planet to experience human life the good and the bad. If i could go back in time when all of this happened i still wouldn’t wanna relive my lows. Could be that someone manifested this for me as in evil eye agenda, can’t make out of it how someone’s life can completely fall apart in 4 weeks. I totally relate to you when you say nothing has been going well for you. Stay strong. If it’s someone else’s work against you meditation would help to clear yourself of unwanted energies and again sage.
I got practically disabled when I started my uni exchange program so had to change unis. Would’ve been stuck in Paris, freshly graduated, *precisely* during the worst of the pandemic. Watching new graduates lose their barely secured jobs and places to stay made me very happy with the universe 😅
@@mademoiselle7706I’d been living in a place I didn’t like and really feeling stuck in life in 2022. Come 2023, I had a really hard year, family died, someone ended things because of long distance. And a bunch of other things.
Because of all this, I decided to move to where I met this person (delulu me) and finally start grad school.
Although I experienced a lot of grief in 2023, that pain caused me to get a move on with moving forward in my life. Now i’m in one of the best programs in my field, in a city I really like, and closer to my family.
Everything happens for a reason, and while there have been some hard moments, there have been some great moments too.
I couldn't get myself to crack med residency entrances for the last 3 years. Even though I knew I could do really well, the future seemed bleak to me and I saw no point in working so hard in a discipline that just wasn't the right match for me. Although I loved learning, the long hours, no sleep stuff didn't go well with who I was as a person, and no matter how hard I wanted to crack my residency, no matter how well I had been as a student before the three year flunk, I just didn't study. Now, by quite literally a miracle, I'm in one of the best institutes of the country, doing research and devoted to academia. The lifestyle fits, the discipline fits. I realised I love to learn medicine, just not live it on a day to day basis. Looking back, had I blindly moved on to crack my exams, I'd have never entered research and been miserable. The place I am in rn is the perfect fit. I'm inclined to believe something divine does work in the background

the demotion could also end up working out. i got “demoted” but i got paid the same and less was expected of me and it was actually the chill that i needed to focus on other things.

i rly rly love the idea that rejection is redirection and believe in divine timing - the only thing I struggle with is: what abt the people that were on that plane that crashed? Was that their divine timing / is there some higher purpose of why their timing didn’t save their life?
I personally don't believe in divine timing. I just believe in cause and effect. Imagine if you were trying to kill an ant hill so you sprayed poison. Imagine that a few ants got spared because they were looking for food. Was it divine timing they were spared or just right place/right time? However I do believe that life is so unpredictable that sometimes the bad things really can push us into a better direction. I believe it's up to us as individuals to keep going in life and make the best out of every situation.

I had this friend I was best friends with, our friendship ended over something really small and it left like I did nothing wrong. this friendship was damaging in a lot of ways, I had a notes of things she did that made me upset. I'm bad at confronting and never would have left her side without her forcing herself out of my life. my mom told me this was a blessing in disguise and I think about it everyone in a while the universe got my back

It's as though things like rejection and inconvenience could be seen as "course correctors" because you tried to go off course and the universe was like "hmmmm, let me get you back on track. You won't be happy about it now, but it's better than the alternative!"

I was in my Bible study today, and what your saying sounds a lot like what God was saying to me. Proverbs 16:1 - We can make our own plans, but the LORD gives the right answer. (NLT) Rejection is God’s protection, and despite what may seem like a failed plan or all things gone wrong, we as believers trust that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to his purpose for them. - Roman’s 8:28. God has a purpose and plan for each and everyone of our lives ( Jeremiah 29:11) as he created us to love and serve him as much as he loves us. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life - john 14:16☀️ :)
It is a small story from my childhood. I wanted to get to a better language class in my school, because there were two classes, one on lower level and the second on higher level. My friends did the tests for the better one and got in. I did't get in. I was very sad at beginning, but it motivated me to study more and I got better. My teacher started to see it and she gave me the approval to transfer. I realized that I just wasn't ready like my friends and I needed some more time. I didn't give up on myself.
There was this job that I applied for that I really wanted, it would be my first big break to step into the field I went to school for. After two interviews someone else was chosen and my goodness I cried!!!! I cried for two days praying to God and asking why. The next day I got a call from the facility and they told me if I still wanted the job because their first choice didn’t work out. I was so happy thinking God answered my prayers…..but that didn’t last. A few months into the job I was extremely stressed out. I was sick multiple times,I started having high blood pressure issues till the point I needed to go to the hospital twice. The manager was insufferable, the worst manager I ever had to work for. I then realized this is why the universe didn’t want me to have this horrible job to begin with I was being protected. I learned my lesson after that, I simply accept what’s not for me is not for me and I’m okay with that.
Romans 8:28 all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose.

The toughest part is when you're in the midst of the burnt toast for a few years but everyone around you seems to be doing really well! 😭 The truth is, there are many things in our life that we can't control the outcome of. We can do our best to maintain our health, finances, and relationships but die the next day in a plane crash.
But we can control the brightness of our spirit even when nothing makes sense. I enjoyed the video!

I’ve seen God’s blessings in some of my biggest losses. Trusting His plan now, cuz I know something big is coming.
I remember in 2018 when i cryed the whole night because i didn't get the college i wanted to get in. But looking now i am sure that what happened was the best thing it could happen to me because i would not know a lot of amazing people and i wouldn't have the life i have now.
i can wholeheartedly confirm this, especially when mixed with gratitude. great opportunities, people, places and things seem to find me or i stumble across them. i've gotten to the point where i embrace when things don't go the way i want them to; something more aligned with me is always on the horizon. it makes everything worth it in the end ❤

The story about the plane crashing reminded me how I was so annoyed that I have to land in Vienna rather than in Prague, because it took longer for me to get home from there and I was really tired after 40 hour travel, only to find out that there was a huge train crash in Prague on that day and trains wouldn't work for several days, meaning I would get stuck in that city. I quickly realized how lucky I was.

i definitely believe in this too. start of 2023 i was working and I had so many worries on whether or not I would be able to study again, if it was truly meant for me to just work now. we were set to move to this city in the mountains and even though I didn’t show it to my parents I was so sad being away from the capital where all my friends, where the most opportunities happen. despite all the uncertainties at first, i still did give my best for all and trusted that things were happening for a reason, and i was right.
two months into working my grandmother found out and was enraged lol. SO MUCH to the point she took me to the capital and decided to pay for my tuition to college (in my dream city, not to mention my dream program and dream school)
