Hello Coach J Hayes and C Hayes! I'm a physical therapist from the Philippines, and was invited to give a talk about physical activity for children. I was planning to use this video as a movement break / demonstration for the participants. It will be an online webinar via Zoom (but from what I have been informed, will not be posted publicly). I wanted to know if I may play the the video as is. Will request for them to play directly from RUclips. I think it would be a nice demonstration for parents, teachers, and doctors to dance along to along with their kids. Apologies for messaging here as I wasn't sure how to reach you. But would greatly appreciate to hear from you. Thank you so much!
Sorry , we do not have written steps. We come up with the routine the same day and play around with different moves that work with the song and changes in it. We do repeat moves in the "hook".
These are great! I'm going to use them as brain breaks or morning wake ups in my classroom! Thank you!
Loved this! I used this as inspiration for my dance and creative movement unit for student teaching!
Bravo! Thanks!

Hey love all the work you have put into your videos! Do you by chance have written step counts of all the moves?
