Nice video, Tam! I think those dark chocolate spherical M&M's look pretty good, and your idea of using them to decorate a cake sounds appealing. I wouldn't pass up those cocoa rings either, or the grape drink. Looking forward to seeing the other Hungarian treats.
Oooh I was excited to see Hugarian treats. Can't wait for part 2. Would you be open to the idea of looking for some classic Aussie treats to show us and then maybe some Aussie things you haven't tried before. I would love to see what you would choose 😊😊 xx
i just wanted to explain what is MESE,, But thank GOD we have so much ,,so good people,,all around the world,,Hungarian s,,,,who knows much better english then me,its better to me to be SILENT,,😊😊😊
Hi Tam 👋 I didn't get or I missed the notification 😕 Those cookies with the designs on them growing up we called them Windmill cookies.you use to only be able to get them at Christmas time but now I think you can get them anytime. I love them! I thought at first those chocolate little round ones were gingerbread. At Christmas our Aldi sell some that look like that but are gingerbread. That soda looked like ginger ale How's your weather?.it's been so hot here! We had a big rain yesterday so the next few day the temperature is going to be beautiful. Take care see ya on the next one
Also note that Hungary is the land of one of your favourite chip flavours, Paprika. They use it in many foods throughout Hungary from desserts to main dishes and so on
Mese biscuits are great quality honey based spicy and the designs are coming from our HU traditional tales drawings (hence the Mese - 'Tales' title). Marka grape soda is not the best one, usually the cheap side of the sodas. Bonbonetti 'French dragee' is one of the oldest sweet sugar coated chochoballs. Detki biscuits are usually also the cheaper side, because of the melting choc bottom, but still nice one. You will find everything less sweet, as US overloads everything with sugar sadly...
If someone is reading this, can u please respond with the names of these treats? Tam, Linzer is pastry i think....and the USA has a cookie with a windmill on it too but they are gingerbread cookies :(
I love your videos.xx
Thanks so much

Be careful when looking up language translations online. Google Translate mostly gets it wrong.
So true they do get it wrong. I usually stick to singular words to translate not a whole sentence or phrase
