You were right about that lens. Its hunting a lot. It looks great but why do you choose to record talking head vids with it. Just curious. It looks like it grabs onto your hands.

Just a kind advise. Stop looking at yourself on the screen and better look "at us" look at the lens, you will connect a lot better. Good luck
I have the x100 and I pair it with smallrig d55 softbox - what's the issue with the lamp? Can't you use the bowens adapter?
Is it worth getting for portraits? I want to be considerate where my money goes. That's why I'm asking.
If you want a portable light set up, yes.
But my battery died like two months in so be aware of that.

Haven’t tested it but because it’s increased output it might cook the plastic.
The x100 has a proprietary mounting system also.
