Ah! This video just popped up on my feed, and I'm so happy to see that this person, uses more than one finger in the "water marble" cup. I hate when other nail artist use a huge design in the cup but only use one finger so this was amazing to me.

I want to to theese but i don't have any vinyls or dotting tools or any kind of tools actually... :(
I found a starter nail art kit at Walmart the other day. It comes with a few detail brushes, different loose glitters, nail glue, and some studs and stuff! It's about 10 dollars so it's pretty affordable!
i found my dotting tools at a flea market and they were very inexpensive. As for brushes i found mine at a claires.The rest you should be able to find at a drug store
search for dotting tools alternatives on youtube. there are soo many: bobby pins, pins, toothpicks etc
