I use to work for Stevens, most of those loads out of dodge city take a excess of 25 plus hours to load, I once waited 53 hours for a load going to Brooklyn, New York
Are you a company or lease driver? How many weeks do you have to stay with your trainer? When was your first payday? When will be your first time to go home after orientation? How much is your cpm after leaving the trainer?
Company - 5/6 weeks with trainer - first paycheck couple days after orientation - first home time was after 5/6 weeks training and truck assignment - .50c + .10c per diem/mile
I’m a recent graduate from trucking school and called and spoke with a Steven’s recruiter and I’m strongly considering going with them…. I am also from Houston kind of under decided on what I should do any insight will help….
Thanks for the great update

mine was originally for another driver so it was ready when I got there just didn’t have the hours
Keep up the good work. Stay safe 😊

@@CoachDusty is .10 per diem/mile for everyone ?
Yes
I start orientation next week, do you have to bring your own microwave and mini fridge? or company supplied?
You have to buy one once you get your own truck after training. Don’t bring those to orientation. Your trainer will have those for you to use.

Stevens is a great place to start with no experience yet. You will learn a lot with your trainer then get paid to travel the country
