It was good to see him win at the Japanese national champs last week. As I recall, he ran about 10.02 in the semis and 10.04 in the final. He looked very good in the semis, I thought. So he seems to be well on his way back from whatever setbacks he experienced the last year or two. I certainly wish him well.
So glad to see him running. Wondered what happened to him. When I first saw him run I really thought he was the real deal and could easily make a major final, if not medal.

I think a lot of these young guys deal with injuries and it slows their progression
