NOTE I've heard mixed things about this being real or not. In my honest opinion, even if this isn't real, I think it's pretty damn close to what we will get, and I haven't been able to confirm over whether or not this is real or not, as some people say it is and others say it isn't. That being said, keep that in mind, and either way, in a few days we'll know the truth!!

Sounds very promising so far - Aerith needs a good buff.
And I like Tifa becoming a great magic damage dealer (water and lightning).
However, Magic won't help me much with Leviathan. -.-
Still, can't wait for it. I just hope they end up on the same banner.
But that would be a first = I wouldn't bet on it.

I'm always happy to hear leaks. I'm still going for Tifa's costume, I think. I already pulled and got Cloud's. I need a strong hitting lightning costume. And a mastery at that would be really nice.

Nice to see the info, thx. I probably won’t care about Aerith’s stuff unless it’s as broken half anniversary banners cuz she is way behind on Matt and his stuff can all be added to the wishlist and I don’t think one weapon will bridge the gap. I only keep her in some of my teams as healer because I have garnet rod as well. Recently, I switched to him as my healer for hard content and decided at the last minute to get his most recent healer outfit. Strange to not have Aerith as the best healer but whatever.
Agreed. She needs a big step to even push back into Matt’s territory, but we’ll see what we get
I’m pretty hopeful for aerith. The ff9 banner missed the mark for me and there are so many things they could do to make her more compelling than Matt. Even a syringe like effect with mdef/ pdef up but adding a heal and making that heal stronger if she is below 76-50% health or something. We already have tons of weapon conditions based on being over an hp threshold, so no reason we can’t have one for being under. They can also give her heals with a party patk/ matk up. My other crazy idea is a buff extension to increase the duration of any active buffs on the party by like 20+ seconds that increases more with the buff/ debuff extension r ability. I’d love to have more reasons to use her over Matt so crossing my fingers she gets something compelling
I’m with you here. There’s a lot she could bring to the table and man I would love some party wide attack buffs or AoE haste or anything to bring her back as a main healer 😁🙏🏽☝🏽

I'm a bit sad that Tifa gets the magic lightning arcanum, I was hoping it would be Aerith, I just think she suits more the element than Tifa :')
My hunch is that Aerith sells better as a healer/support but idk
If Aerith's weapon is MDef centipede it's a skip. Also the Rathalos boss description has poison resist is effective..
So the weapon might have a status effect block or resist.
That’s true it might be an Esuna/heal/buff?
Because of the wording in the Rathalos discription "poison resistance and fire resistance are effective" and we currently have no poison resistance, I think that will be Aeriths weapon buff

This is not JP datamine leak, this is the output of "Guildcard" that someone made and was shared by FFECJP official twitter, the same Guildcard generator contains many "mistakes" in displayed data (like Zack showing wrong R.Abilities for his own costume that is already released and Tifa icons are not matching their abilitiies)...
I wouldnt take that one as 100% accurate, it can be those or could result in totally different R.Abilities setup. Take that with grain of salt.

Got to the 3rd page stamp 7 and just ob3 Glavenus and ob2 Zinorge, hoping to at least ob6 glav if i can. Then completely save until 1st anni.
Wouldn’t worry about the OB6 just get it to 4 I think. Can use parts after that and it won’t destroy the bank 🙏🏽
I am really thinking to pull Aerith set, she,barret,red xiii and lucia are the only one who are still in base stats as i didnt pull any set in their banners. She is getting her turn now. As for Tifa im getting her 4* weapon, still on my plans to pull min as possible to save my crystals for vincent 1st banner set

Do we happen to know when another opportunity for Sephiroth's Protector's Blade and its matching costume will come around? I joined the game just a bit too late to catch them, and those look like they'd be a blast to build around.
The costume is likely gone at least for a good while but we SHOULD be able to WL the Protector’s Blade on the LB Draws for the 1 year Anni

@BodhiJMSRyder That's the plan. Just need a way to get weapon parts for the military sword. Hopefully an option opens soon. Dark Heavens is almost there already. I have been very lucky with pulls.

The costume on tifa is kinda weird coz the top icon indicates as Boost Magic Ability Pot. and the lower icon indicates as Physical Ability Mastery which makes her hybrid? thats is really weird in my opinion , hope they change it on actual release.
The icon represents that but the Japanese says Thunder Arcanum

@@BodhiJMSRyder I'm pretty sure the guy in the english stream was already talking about the tifa and aerith costumes and slightly hinted something along the lines that there's more. That he might be in trouble. Leads me to think there's a banner related to MH for the FS gang. Based on the story as well the cats encountered zack then the og ff7 gang. Not far off that they would encounter fs gang too. Glen is a prime candidate for a costume with seph. Since lucia will get her summer one.

A banner will drop next week on Wednesday, whether or not Tifa and Aerith are paired isn’t known
I've heard the skill on Aerith's is a big ST heal that also buffs pdef and mdef to at least mid.

From the picture of Tifa, the icon shows Boost Mag Ability Pot & Phys Ability Mastery. It's too random for both buffs in 1 costume..

so every collab banner will always be the mcs. Since they already got in prev collab i had my hopes up for the other characters, specifically Yuffie and Lucia
It’s very rare that other less popular chars will get collab slots but it WILL happen here and there. Which is great because we tend to have a surplus of their weapon parts and when they are featured it will make it an easy build
This is one of the main reasons for me holding tbh. I have weapon parts that i would be glad to put to use on others while just saving crystal atm.

I wish randos in co-ops sucked less. The new co-ops dropped tonight, and most of the randoms queueing up for Jenova were demonstrating room temperature IQs.
If you are a low power level player running a healer, stay in your role. For example, if you have 2 DPS and a healer, let the DPS do the sigil breaks, and you need to be the one curing fatigue and fog.
If you are the DPS, let the healer cure fatigue and fog, and stay sigil breaking.
I'll never understand why people looking for a carry don't, at the very least, do their due diligence to enable their carriers.
If you are going to be a burden, at least be a convenient and smart burden.
Totally agreed, though I did have good luck with randoms today on those quests. But yeah, for the most part, it makes no sense to me how some people will just go into a quest, change nothing, and dont mind losing over and over until some whale pops in and they get the carry for doing absolutely nothing but being a dead weight.

@@BodhiJMSRyder Agree. From here on out, I only intend to solo Ratholos missions. Rathalos Mantle's have a rare enough drop rate, without some noob trying to flex that for once in the game, they can 3 shot an enemy. When the reality is, most of us could waste a Rathalos before breaking purge if we wanted to, but that doesn't yield optimal value.
It sucks too when you have a -Lightning Resist weapon at max potentcy, which would expedite the purge process much quicker, but you are having to regulate your "allies" damage, because perhaps they suffer from sociopathy.
I've read discussions on Reddit from players claiming that they don't have time to purge break, plus it doesn't matter to them because they are providing a bonus with their weapon and costume, not realizing that Ratholos Mantle can only drop from a purge break (outside chocobo expeditions).
There is an old saying, "act like you've been there before". People who are often correct, rarely see the need to be bragadocious when they "get one right", because they are more often then not, correct. Players that are use to end zone, don't have to make a big scene about it, because they will be right back into the end zone in just a minute.
If only people were aware of their own hubris, and that sed hubris is on display for anyone that has two braincells to rub together. It's like, don't prevent a purge break and send me a friend request bro. We could never be friends, pal.

I think Aerith's will be healing hopefully with some type of offense buff for the whole party my wishful side is hoping it's haste or both types of def+ and attack buffs lol.

I went in about 80k, used 300 Zack parts and 100 cloud parts, but ended up with ob10 Zack and ob6 cloud. Best banner luck since the start of the game. I've been really hurting with overboosts since launch.

I believe that Tifa will have the second magical arcanum with a weapon that increases elemental power like the water arcanum, but if this isn't the case, I remain of the opinion that it will be difficult to beat Zack, I've seen him do half a million damage, it's absurd, I say that I was "lucky" 2 pages weapon of cloud ob1 weapon of zack ob5, I tried to do another pull with the last 3k to see if I was blessed with another copy but nothing, I have to wait for the next 80 parts for zack to bring it ob6😢😅

Sorry to tell you but Tifa’s costume is not a lightning arcanum. It’s says “Boost Magic Ability” and “Physical Ability Mastery”. It looks like a hybrid costume for her

日本語が読める？ Or did you use a translator? Because I just double checked and the second ability doesn't say Physical ability mastery. It says Lightning Arcanum. The symbol representing it is wrong, but the kanji is without a doubt the one for Thunder

@antking7963 ohh because recent banner items that go off banner (non limited) are not added to the weapon pool for a time. So I save my tix until certain weapons are added.

i really dont see what the problem would be, with adding 3 atb cost weapons. 4-5 atb cost is kind of getting to be boring. it makes the game stale and has 0 variance to play style. like at all. 3 atb at least would let us play the game idk in a faster tempo or something at the least. its not like this game has a real balance anyways.
Also, watch tifas glove just be a lightning version of her bunny gloves.
3ATB cost weapons will definitely drop in the future, but this is a mobile game so they are going to draw that power creep out as long as possible. Personally i really like the battle system and dont mind the slow creep over time, but yeah in regard to Tifa we'll definitely be getting something similar to the Bunny Gloves, but my guess is that they will be better in some way, shape or form.
I'm dropping my 70k Crystals on Tifa's Lighting Arcanum. I don't care. Yolo.
It’s gonna be super strong but I would still stop at OB4 if you’re a spender or OB5 if you’re F2P! Safer in the long run
If this is not some sort of buff/debuff weapon but a yolo maigc damage weapon just like Zack I will stop at OB4-OB6 depending on my luck 🤞🍀

I have about 35k. I took a break for a few months and then game back when the MH collab started so I’m slowly trying to save. But if this Aerith banner is this enticing, I may have to pull since I didn’t pull on her last debuff outfit… and I’m always gonna be #TeamAerith. 🤗
@Trinity_Li hmm if Aerith’s weapon calls for OB6 id prob pass as its not safe to pull unless 50-60K but hopefully its good at B5* or OB1. And yeah if you are good skipping Summer and Vincent then you could pull for Aerith, but after that you would have to strict save all the way to Sept 7th to be safe for Anni which will be incredible banners I believe

@Trinity_Li depends on you like to play but rarely do they put a banner that is a must have. I’d wait for that one if pulling for utility, but if not, just follow your heart 🙏🏽😁
