Another excellent session watched whilst gyming and resonated. I always make sure Menopause is discussed as part of health and wellbeing during supervision and reasonable adjustments discussed. I told my husband to watch this and I feel all managers need to watch this and ensure staff are supported through supervision and we all apply this understanding to our practice when working with women / carers!
