Another excellent session watched whilst gyming and resonated. I always make sure Menopause is discussed as part of health and wellbeing during supervision and reasonable adjustments discussed. I told my husband to watch this and I feel all managers need to watch this and ensure staff are supported through supervision and we all apply this understanding to our practice when working with women / carers! Empowering webinar Siobhan as always you simply rock!

Wonderful webinar as always. As a menopausal women, I can definitely relate to most of the women's experience who took part in this session.

Would love to invite you to consider being activists in your own workplaces. It doesn't take much , a few posters up, a self run get together and it can make a big difference in workplace culture. Thanks for this great seminar.

I mentioned about the policy to our team leader. Glad I attended.

I think this session meant that lots of managers were asked to go looking for policies! That's great.

@@siobhanmaclean9614 I'm glad and very appreciative that, the team arranged a podcast. I learnt so much and will understand when someone mentions or is going through it.
