I hate piling on, but Andrew put it perfectly, “Strive for greatness… not moderate to good”. Coaches who prioritize being liked over kicking some a- -, are what we need.
I feel like Tom Allen from Penn State would be a interesting pick for the DC position. His scheme seems to fit what the colts probably want to do If they're unable to get any experiencd DCs. Bring back Eberflus if he's interested in coming back, maybe Ohio States defensive coordinator. Leslie Frazier wouldn't be a bad option, Steve Wilks seems to get the best out of players, Antonio Peirce just got let go he may be a great option or at least a good staff edition. I'm just throwing out the Low A tier High B Tier options if we can't get a Rob Saleh or Lou Anarumo type DC.
Irsay is giving Ballard some time due to Luck quitting on the team. It is hard to find a QB in the NFL. Sam Darnold is balling but noboby expected that to happen.
Irsay has followed Ballard and “donated” all these top heavy contracts, which now restricts our ability to pay top level free-agents. It’s going to take a couple of years to dig out of this morass and that’s if we replace Ballard, NOW!!!
Oops, prioritize “kicking a- - over being liked!! We want hard-nosed decleaters whose “RAS” scores don’t define them!! In other words, TOUGH FOOTBALL PLAYERS!!
You two are too gifted to waste your talents on this organization. If I hear anyone else state, “But he had such a promising Summer Camp”, I will be sick. FOOTBALL BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER!!! How about, “We are tight-end heavy.. who can we possibly cut?”. FOOTBALL BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER!!…..get my point???
I like how everyone ignores that AR IS a leader, he's not a good enough player yet but he is a leader. And based on the energy the team plays with I'd argue he's the only one because when he isn't playing they seem to just give up. There's literally no energy on either side of the ball when he's not playing.

I’ll bet that when Gus went home at night he frustratingly protested, “Look at the crap talent Ballard has given me to work with!!” Bet ya.

I'm glad Bradley is gone, but Chris Ballard needed to be gone too. I expect another average year.
can't kick ballard out without steichen, sets up the next gm as a lame duck. They are tied at the hip, for better or for worse
FIRE BALLARD!!!🤬🤬

@@jamescrawford5330 Oh, did you miss all of the Flacco games? Probably a good plan going forward.
