For the offseason , I would love if the colts went young guys on offense in the draft and strong vet signings on defense. Defensively, signing Javon holland and Dre greenlaw would be a major facelift for this defense. Also adding a mid level corner to breed competition and providing depth. Offensively getting Tyler Warren in round 1, a developmental tackle and a pass catching back (Henderson) in rounds 2-3. Offensive FA’s are will fries and Justin Fields

I like Holland, the Miami Dolphins safety. I would front load the contract of any free agent who signs. That way if they don't work out. It minimizes the cap hit.
Let’s see haw Darnold does in the playoffs. He was great at USC and has looked solid this season. If he plays well against the Rams and is available after the season (which may not happen), I would try to add him. A lot of “if’s” but I believe he will become even better with a coach like Steichen.😎

Hopefully they get an aggressive D coordinator not a Gus Bradley type. Then lets talk free agents. Then we may know who's going to fit their system.
I'd like to see a vet CB in the backfield, get Moore some help, Brent's not a guarantee. I would say TE, but Steichen hasn't shown he will properly utilize a talented TE, so I think this yr we should focus on building the defense with a new DC and work on improving Richardsons accuracy.
Hopefully we can this time spend money on the right players this offseason cause lately we spending money but either not on the right players or not enough money to get the right players

Anthony Richardson is the Johnathan Bender of football players. Great build and super athletic but glass. I don’t see us winning a championship with him. Overall our defense carried us this season if you mention we are 4 and out many times and we depended on the defense all season. How do we have an offensive head coach and no offensive. 9 years of complacency. Chris it’s been great knowing you but if you want to watch your own career funeral live on TV it’s gonna be in year 2025-2026 because I don’t see any change. Him saying I don’t want to put the franchise at risk. What does that mean? If it means 10 years we are already there. Way too conservative!!! Grow a pair and put your name on it or not.
The irony of all of this is AR only reason Ballard still got a job, yet even Ballard knows we can't move too far forward with AR at this particular time. Ive said it all season. AR was not ready to be starter, i get the reps, but it was way to much pressure. Now i feel he needs to earn a starting spot. We still wouldnt went far but if they would of started Flacco, the better qb would have just spent a season developing AR flaws he woukd be in much better spot than we are right now
I wouldn't mind bringing in justin fields way better he had in Chicago and he was playing fairly good in pitsburgh before they put Wilson in for whatever reason. Sam Darnold isn't bad either just rather go with the more mobile guy in fields so play calling won't have to change

Speed or Franklin need to go. Both shouldn’t stay. We need a true number 1 wide receiver. Pittman is a reliable #2. We need to bring in a drafted TE and a free agent TE. We Need a veteran CB and safety

They should go after Jevon Holland S from phins. Been top 5 last two years. He's young and could help this secondary.

Talented tight end? I don’t see that on the colts offense right now. Cox is fine but isn’t the best and grandson stinks.
