This is one of my very favorite episodes. I think Karen Grassle is a wonderful actress and in my opinion never did get enough recognition in as many episodes as she should've. She was a star in the stone soup episode too. Thanks for posting. :)
She was such a selfless mother and probably only had a bit of peroxide left and decided to send it with her children and never used any for herself. :(

dang! Ma's got legs like the rest of us wish we could have! What is she covering them with skirts for??? Love Carline btw... I want to be a mom like her someday haha :) "Now girls..." and she is soft-spoken most of the time.. except when she punches that guy in the side of the head in a later episode. lol
yeah a great tv mom but i would prefer roseanne as my mom x) at least she shows her kids how to defend against the people that want to hurt them. i like the house in the prairie but they idealize this time far too much ^^ still i like the show x)
I think she did faint which is caused by shock when the brain doesn't get enough oxygen. it's possible that blood rushed to her muscles and not enough to her brain. but it's made up t.v. show and so we only can speculate. we don't know the intention or awareness of the producers.
@tedoloverbaby excuse me that micheal landing hes an awesome actor i guess people that have no acting experience are dumb when it comes to knowing a good show with good acting

By far the scariest episode of the whole series, I couldn't watch this as a kid :D

@erniesigsoundfan some don't. We have some that just sit down on the ground. We have shelter for them. It just depends on the cow.
