The laws need to be more straight forward, the fact that an email he sent about his xactiamte was used against him is wild. I always try and make sure all communicationg goes through the homeowner, but all the time we get calls and emails from the carriers demanding more imforation or scope break downs. So does that break UPPA who knows, and thats the problem.
70-80% of the insurance industry is a scam. The less the insurance companies can scam policy holder the less business they’ll do in such areas. All you gotta do is look at the patterns, follow the trends and connect the dots simple
