  • This is a super effective breathing technique for anxiety and stress. It's called 4-7-8 breathing and works within a couple minutes.
    I use it a lot and it helps me in acute moments of anxiety but also to live my life with more calm.

      Glad you’re back 💛 I’ve been gorgeous and enjoying a healing process: broke my hand some weeks ago 💫 letting my hand heal taught me new ways to heal my inner world as well 🤯
      Also Breathwork and that same breathing technique helps me a lot + dancing and singing out loud (yeah, meanwhile sometimes in public 😂)

    It´s an amazing technique! Because when there is real anxiety or inner restlessness for me it´s almost impossible to meditate or bring my emotions or thoughts down. The only thing which really works is the breath.
