I use it a lot and it helps me in acute moments of anxiety but also to live my life with more calm.

It´s an amazing technique! Because when there is real anxiety or inner restlessness for me it´s almost impossible to meditate or bring my emotions or thoughts down. The only thing which really works is the breath.
I want to thank you for sharing this. I've been experiencing increased anxiety with the pandemic and just doing this technique with you I feel so calm. It's amazing the power that breathing has.
