    I think we have to also calculate the increment in salary in future so I think current salary is not only factor to calculate EMI

    Boht important question h please look into this.
    Maan lijiye maine 50 lakhs ka under construction flat liya
    Uspe gst and registration charge to mention nhi hota
    Aur bank in taxes pe loan bhi nhi deta
    Fir mere pas 30 lakhs the jo maine builder ko time time pe dia as per construction.
    Ab maine loan ke liye apply kia
    Mujhe bank to ab pending amount 50-30 = 20 ka hi loan dega
    Ab merepas gst and flat registry k paise nhi h?
    Kya mera builder bank ko bolega ki mujhe 20 hi mila h as a down-payment and 30 ka demand krega
    Jisme se 10 lakh mujhe mil jaege for GST and registration
    Ya aisa possible nhi h
    Ab kya karu mai
    Please help

    Very nice video sir... Sir i have a question regarding my homd loan emi. Bank disbursed 1st installment of my home loan amount to builder. Now bank is asking me to pay the interest on 1st installment given by bank to builder. I opted for full emi. Do I need to pay interest amount on installment as i have to pay emi although? Please guide.

    Many times I came across advertisement saying for example Buy Skoda car and pay EMI later. I think the same case is with housing sector. Some of the builders lure to the customers by this strategy. I don’t have any idea how this strategy works. There is a saying” There is no free lunch”

    Good evening sir, I have already taken and repaying home loan since 10 years. 8 years repayment is balance as of now. Now my current o/s loan amount is 12.5 lakh with interest rate 9.5%. If I want to prepay say example 2 lakh rs. Will this amount reduced from my principal amount? So next month interest 9.5% will be calculated on 10.5 lakh?
