FISHING The GALVESTON Seawall **New PB** (Catch & Cook)

The surf turned blue all the way to the beach so me and a couple friends headed down to the Galveston Seawall for a little morning fishing session. I ended up catching my new PB on the very first cast. Stay tuned for the catch and cook portion of the video!

I used the spoon more then anything, so I would say I definitely caught more fish on that! But, The live shrimp also caught quit a few!

This is my first year fishing with a spoon ever. I was out there and had a blast with AWESOME people. Never in my life ever caught a Spanish Mackerel, like the fight they have.

I went on a very short fishing trip like 2 or 3 hour but was able to go home with 3 speckled trout, 4 Spanish mackerel. Lost 2 .Wish I could have stayed.

My boyfriend and I are coming to Galveston this weekend. We are from south Louisiana and normally fish near grand isle this time of the year but since hurricane ida messed allot up we decided to try there! Looks like live shrimp and popping corks should do good thanks and tight lines!!
