Thank you for this video! In regards to US Bank, is it necessary to already have a banking relationship with them in order to maximize higher credit limit approval odds? If we were to open a business bank account with them, could we then apply for business credit same day? Also, which bureau do they pull from? Thank you in advance!
Not required. However, it does help to have an existing relationship. The key in that existing relationship is time, other factors such as deposit and balance history and/or other previous accounts such as credit cards, etc. They are known to mainly pull from Transunion.

who does PNC pull credit report from? do they require documentation or existing relationship?
Mainly pulls from Experian. Your business must be a PNC online banking user to apply online.
