Very nice, spacious, very tastefully furnished and decorated property. Is this the show house that's for sale as they are selling fully furnished? For the price they are asking it needs to have the wow factor and it doesn't especially for that price. Again they are using the location and the fact it's in a gated community as the highlights of this property. As I said it's very nice, but to me it doesn't justify the asking price.

I agree, the location & it being in a gated community is what makes it desirable. And, also that it comes fully furnished.
