I would take the house on the hill for a million dollars less than the beach house and use my savings to renovate the kitchen and baths. I love the contemporary look more but i don't need the sea at my doorstep with this climate getting worse.

Videographer keep up the good work. As a fan and avid filmmaker, I noticed that in some of your indoor scenes, the background is blown out. Do you use ND filters? That could help. Also, I try locking your exposure so that it won't adjust in your scene.

Agree, overpriced. Grills got to go, for that price I should not feel like I live in a prison. Grills on a house is just a turn off.
This is not Texas, Florida or Atlanta. The demand keeps pushing up prices in JA, not the RE Agents. They’re not short of buyers. Obviously the “old” Jamaica that you know with old houses and outdated styles DOES NOT exist anymore!!

The sea is a threat now and the future there is no protection from flooding caused by storm surge. The cost and size of the units are is expensive considering the public road infrastructure is under developed , food shopping is not convenient.
I am saying this with love. Check out Tamela Mann clothing. When we have a certain shape, we need certain design. Go get them girl.
