Another massive dlc size mod is c2c. It adds 3 new bioms, couple new mechanics, a lot of new materials, 4 new lifepods, 7 new bases, changes crafting recepies, new vehicle modules, new crafting methode, new flora and founa and probably more I haven't discovered.Only minus is that it is for legacy not 2.0

Honestly mercury and magnesium being in subnautica makes sense in a technical standpoint. Cause it was something that the game was seriously missing, and the fact that the mod adds both magnesium and mercury and adds itself into crafting recipes makes it better.
Funny thing they kinda are... I mean they are in the code and that's probably how the modder added them back (I remember finding it in another mod and thinking it was bugged)

I did it bacon I made the creepy pasta. Honestly it’s really short and I’m not too happy with it but it’s my first time and I tried my hardest to make it good. You legit inspired me to make this and I truly thank you for this.
Very solid yet simple mod concept. Love the idea of giving more reason for the player to go into certain biomes since the base game doesn't do the best job at that. Certain areas like the map have little to no reasons to go and enter into them. Parts of a lot of biomes like the Crash Zone, the Crag Field, and the Mountains provide little reason to go to those places and explore them. Sure, they have some resources and resource fragments there, but most things you can find in these biomes you can find in a safer, more convenient one. Certain other areas of the map like the Sea Treader's Path, the No-No Zone (Dunes) and the Absolutely-Not Zone (void) provide no reason whatsoever to visit outside of scanning local flora/fauna or exploration. I like the idea of a mod that gives more reason to visit these areas, if not ones that forces players to go to them. Playing this game as an extreme Thalassophobe, I'm not going anywhere dangerous that the game doesn't require me to go to.

every few months i replay Subnautica but i'm currently in Fallout London so it's gonna have to wait. i don't play multiple games at once since i'm immersed in one world and one feeling, but this mod makes me even more excited to replay the game again. i didn't spoil myself visually, just listened to you talk about it because i do wanna find the new things on my own, especially with how many new things there seem to be.
In your last videos you have done a lot of enviornmental damage to the kelp forest and bulb zone and I felt like you should do the same to the floating degasi island😂

It would be great if someone made this mod, Call of the Void (when it releases), and Return of the Ancients (when it releases) all compatible with each other, and maybe have some cool overarching storyline/changes if you have all 3 installed
Usually I feel like mods ruin the subnautica feel. But this one genuinely feels like an extention of the base game and fits in great! Probably due to the fact that most of the content is created by asset flips from the base game, but done wel!
My Thalassaphobia would never let me play with mods that make you go down into the void. TwT the Ghost Leviathan jumpscare got me my whole body fuckin froze XD
Adding more resources to make crafts more complicated wouldn't be a bad thing... if it wasn't for Subnautica's limited inventory. You already have space issues all the time, even without having to worry about stuff like magnesium.
