You are an awesome mum! I just wanted to give some minor feedback about the lancet device (finger pricker). You shared another video that showed you changing the coloured lancet (needle), where you took the end off the device and used your fingers to pull the lancet out. If you hold the device with needle pointing down into a sharps container, slide the grey tab thing (on the side) and the lancet should pop out. It's designed that way so you don't have to touch it and potentially jab yourself. I'm a diabetes nurse in Australia and just hope this is helpful.

My goodness I had no idea that children this young could have diabetes. How? 😢 Alot of people on my Dad's side of family are diabetic, but all are later adult onset except my grandmother she did have it since childhood but not thing young, ouch. She's so beautiful, will she always need this pod?

Here is a car seat safety prodocol: make sure the chest buckle is high on the chest. It is a requirement.
