      Idk if it was better...yea it was a lot longer but he had plenty of time to set up and shoot...on this shot he had to get open and literally shoot it as soon as he got it because there was only .8 seconds...noth great shota but I thinks this is better...plus they were down 2 and a 3 wins the game...the other game they were tied

      @@jeronimosanchez1090 Yeah this one was a hail mary. That recent one against OKC was something you may have thought was a dumb play but it's just Lillard showing off his range like he knows it was gonna go in. He must have practiced that tons of times in that exact spot for situations like these.

    I love how calm and composed he was before the play started, then he sprang away from Parsons. Freeing himself and knocking down the buzzer-beater. So much experience for a 23 year-old. The benefits of staying in college.

    • @troysmith6822
      @troysmith6822 10 лет назад +5

      Those aren't because of the 'benefits' of college. I don't get why people like you think it is more beneficial to stay and play in college when you could get drafted right away and learn to develop under the best coaches, trainers, and play the top competition in the world. Worst case out of being drafted right away is that you play in the D-league, a league with far superior players than college ball and better trainers still.

    • @dei14
      @dei14 10 лет назад +1

      Troy Smith The benefits of staying in college are perfecting your craft. Damian has a lot more experience under his belt than any other rookie his draft class. He didn't come into the league raw like how Andrew Wiggins will. Even though Wiggins has a lot of potential, Damian is already dominating, something you want to do quick so you won't end up like Anthony Bennett.

    • @troysmith6822
      @troysmith6822 10 лет назад +1

      Cr14d But the thing is that you can hone your craft at a much better rate in the NBA/D-League compared to college because of the greater coaches and trainers. Staying in college a longer time isn't more beneficial to becoming a better player. Colleges only want players to stay so they can make tons of money off the players for the free labour. Benefits of leaving college ASAP are that you develop better thanks to better competition, coaches, trainers and you get into the NBA before getting a big injury in college which would crush your dreams and you get tons a money right away. If Damian came into the league after year 1 of college, he would still be amazing by the time he got to the age he is today because he would have 4 years of playing and training with and against the best of the world.

      Oh yea...If ROY was still healthy, he'd be the best SG today. His rainbow 30 footer over YAO with 0.8 seconds on the same spot of the court... eerily similar, only one was for the playoff series win and the other in OT of regular season. Cool thing too is that Lillard and Roy were both the 6th pick in the draft, 6 years apart.

    • @idclolidk
      @idclolidk 7 лет назад +1

      I'm white thank you very much. I don't know how my comment is retarded. All I said is I guess a fan making a half court shot is rarer than an NBA player making a long shot so thats why it got more views... what is wrong with that?

    • @lrodshrek6086
      @lrodshrek6086 7 лет назад

      idclolidk it's not rarer fans hit half court shots all the time, multiple times a season. Gamewinning shots at the end of playoff series happen once every decade or so.
