I’ve watched a lot of basketball. This is dead ass the best performance I’ve ever seen.
No OT and super tight defense on him most of the time, this was unreal by Dam! It was Amazing!! Damazing!!!
This crowd wasn’t goin crazy enough
Crazy to think how he is gonna do with giannis inside.. nba the best duo have just arrived 🥶💯
He's so fun to watch, I really hope he wins s ring some day man, he's a hell of a player and so damn loyal to Portland man he deserves one chip
im scared now that dame and giannis are together
FEAR THE DEER 🦌
This 2023 season is something else 🔥😤🍻🍺
This is what you get when nobody can play defense. Jordan would be putting up 70-80 every other night in this soft league
@@Sizzle-zv3cp nope. Coz he ain’t that good of a 3 point shooter.
@@Sizzle-zv3cp This is such a casual take. The defenses now are smarter with more emphasis on a collective defensive identify and matchup flexibility, the pace is higher and the court is spaced way out, and the skill level of todays players are off the charts.
Obviously, Jordan would be great but NOT 60-70 points every other night great. The lack of illegal defense rules allows teams to load up on the sides which MJ prefers, that could be countered with off-ball movement , MJ was great off-ball but he was not a floor-spacer which makes him easier to guard on short rotation switches.
He’d be good, like Kawhi-plus but not Wilt-scoring record good.
@@Sizzle-zv3cp shaaaat app!
@@Lavitz2011he wouldn’t put up 60-70 every night but he’d average 40 plus every season and that would include multiple 70 plus point games.
71 on 37 shots is crazy work!!
Against the ROCKETS.
@Jayson Barbosa why has Noone else scored 71 against the Rockets then?🤔
@@jbarshorts they are still a NBA team lmao. He's been averaging 32.3 ppg this year so your comment is meaningless.
@@kavinsuresh5468 look at cavs.
They're playing team ball.
no selfish players.
Mitchell is team first now
blazers aren't going anywhere.
The degree of difficulty on so many of those shots.... my god
I saw:
1) 3s (long, short, open, guarded)
2. Mid-range
3. Attack off dribble for acrobatic layup
4. Attack off dribble for dunk
This man has every scoring badge in HOF.
A true champion with proper sportsmanship 🏆
Dame is just a legendary 🙌 👏 at this point Tied for the Best shooter of all time No cap
Woah there buddy
Tied for the best shooter 0f all time 🤡🤡
so a single game performance can take him to tie with steph? nah
He’s up there for sure. He’s closer to Klay than Steph though. Steph on another level. There’s Steph then Klay and Dame
the fact that this man doesn’t have a ring yet is insane to me
Mr Lilard belongs in the echelon of great offensive shooter of the game. Congrats
Dude was playing in a different universe. That was an unreal performance. Too dope!!
Lillard could shoot the phone book downstream, both ways.
Must be fun and exciting to be a Portland fan. The way he plays is fun and hypes up the crowd.
I think Portland fans kinda hate it that their is not enough supporting cast around him to send Lillard deep into the playoffs
Amazing!! Kobe 81 without ot and this one definitely for the ages.
Kobe’s 81 is so hard to touch even in modern basketball where 3 pt shooting is focused
THOSE 2 PEOPLE THAT FELL HAD ME CRACKED UP 2:40
This man is 100% making it to the hall of fame once he retires what an animal he is incredible good
If they went OT bro would’ve had a 100
One of the great moments in nba history. I actually watched this game. Dame don’t disappoint!
Wish I was awake to see it, incredible game, incredible player
Wow he almost tied the record for most threes in a game too
He played his heart out and then the organization drug tested him immediately after, what a performance!
Milwaukee Bucks hoping for more of this
This Mans Basketball IQ is so underrated,If The Mentality of Kobe Bryant’s Mind And Allen Iversons Mind we’re put together Damian Lillard would be the player that is born out of that combination
I've been saying he's the best and most consistent PG in the league for a few years, love seeing him work
This is unfair. Too much talent for one person.
Absolutely insane!
More impressive than Mitchell's 71, Mitchell shot 11 more FT's and played 11 more minutes. Imagine if Dame had 11 more FT's and played 11 more minutes, he's scoring 80+.
He didnt have 71. He had 58.
Imagine if Spida took 38 shots… lol and at least the bulls had Caruso what perimeter d does the rockets have?
@@trelllmaoyessir donovon had 58 not 71
@@trelllmaoyessir Mitchell still had 34 shots.... Ok fine give Mitchell 4 more shots, and lets give Lillard 11 more FT's and 11 more minutes. Who you got?
The perfect guy with jimmy and bam...dame can do all the scoring and if he is tired we all know jimmy and bam can help...those are the type of players that will get dame to the nxt level dnt be ridiculous portland and let the man be happy
That 3pointer from the logo is like Midorima in real life!
