very nice!!!
The price difference between the two bikes is $1,600, not $1,800. Specialized for the win. Nicer bike IMHO
lmao yes so i have heard from alot of people thank you for correcting my shitty math hahahhaa
Addict is more agil with its wheels !
yea but the tarmac platform is a little nicer
@@GCPerformance18 Did not try it, but 28 tires are so cool in the turns when you go down, what is more i read that these tires with same pression have less rolling resistance. www.bicyclerollingresistance.com/specials/conti-gp4000s-ii-23-25-28
Weight is too big...! Take with rim brakes... You win 800 grs easily... Better efficiency and no stress with Discs... Noise maintenance safety cost weight...
okay, sounds good but the only thing is........ that wasnt an option lol
I'd buy the Scott even though I've owned a Sworks loved it but Tarmac is getting way out of hand price wise..
Tarmac costs more but has better warranty and lighter!
Barely barely lighter, with the 1800 you save you could probably buy better parts to make it lighter than the tarmac.
true and also like you said the warrant on the specialized is lifetime for the frame where as scott I think is 5 years on the frame so something to think about as well
I prefer Merida REACTO 8000-E
The Scott stem would make me say no.
yea tahts the only downfall to this bike, is that stem I wouldnt dare change a stem on there yet, its a pain. not for the rider but he would have to pay at least 50-100 for brake bleeds and everything.
im a mechanic you can take the stem out without changing the cable or the hoses. theres like a cover where you can get the cables out and clear the stem
I hand the 2021 Scott Addict RC 20 and it’s a great bike. And you can swap out the Stem without having to cut any cables. You just have to take off 3 covers and the stem comes off while the cables stay intact
Emonda Sl7
I got one coming and I hope I can compare the two, I have a fired who ahs one coming
First :)
you the real MVP!!!! :)
@@GCPerformance18 haha idk about that, I’m just new to cycling, quickly getting addicted to this sport and you have one of the best/no BS channels on RUclips... aka I’ve got notifications turned on 😁
Excellent cheap bikes
yes cheaper thens works but by no means cheap cheap
I get the Scott any day, Specialized is an overpriced bike just like BMC, Trek and Bianchi.
scott is a hot bike just hard to find in the states
@@GCPerformance18 thank god I was able to get mine at BIKE TECH MIAMI, pre-COVID…they had plenty!!!
eff specialized.
lmaooooo thats a bold statement
scott hub is awful. lol.
what does GC stand for?
first and alst name, but also maybe general contender??!!?!??!?!? lmao but naw first and last name, but wanted to make something that was simple so people could ware it as everyday brand and not somethign thats like emabrrising asd like a youtuber they watch or something, so im not going for th ewhole youtube tag or everything like that
