Great review! I ride the Addict RC 30 combined with a Zipp 303s wheel set. I 100% agree with this review. Swapped out the saddle immediately and riding tubeless adds a bit of comfort. Everything else is superb. The bike is just truly addicting.
I got the same setup as you. Zipp 303s' and I've changed the saddle too (Specialized Power Expert, 155mm). I am riding 25mm and the comfort is lacking a bit on challenging roads, but otherwise smooth sailing. Loving this bike!
Great detailed review thats few and far between. I agree with everyrhing you say. Running the tyres tubless at low pressures, it becomes very smooth. I've been riding an RC30 for 6 months, putting a few thousand km on. It's been faultless. Not a creak anywhere. I can thoroughly recommend it.
Great review!! After 2 CR1’s and currently the Addict gravel and Canyon Ultimate CF SLX this is the bike for me. Unfortunately sold out in the Netherlands!
Great bike and a beautiful finish. My local bike shop has just had the Addict RC 30 come into stock and seeing it up close it's almost impossible not to buy one.

I've been considering jumping to an XL frame and noticed these head angle differences. Do you consider it to have a very noticeable effect on the handling? Im actually keen on twitchy bikes. Not sure how it would do with cornering
@@Megadeth6633 it definitely has an effect. I have a bike with similar geo to this (74⁰ with 45mm rake fork) and its great for slow speed handling. What about the quality of the ride compared to the TCR you tasted...stiffnes, comfort, handling? Beside that the tcr was a mechanical ultegra (but it has a powermeter), do you think scott can justify its higher price point? I see that many are interested in this and bet on the good value you get with giant... And thanks for the good review!💪
Thanks for the review! How does it ride and compare with the TCR? Currently considering either a Giant and Scott, and dang, its tough to compare and make the decision hahahaha
Can one swap out the stem and handlebar without disconnecting the hydaulics? I am probably buying this bike (RC 15) but want a 10 mm longer stem and a 20 mm narrower handlebar).
Hello David - thx for the review. I am considering buying my next bike and this is in my consideration. Do you believe it would be a good purchase. I am also considering a Trek Elmonda 6SL - Trek Madone Entry - or the Cannondale Supersix. The Scott appears to have all the latest attributes- stiff frame - fully integrated- disc brakes and Di2 shifting.
Quarq Powermeter and Carbon wheels for RC10 and available in two colors RC20 (blue): sram force AXS, syncros aluminium wheels RC10 (pearl or prism): sram force AXS + Quarq powermeter, syncros carbon wheels
Where the hell do you put a computer mount on the stem? I had a Garmin and the screws are left and right of each other. All the Scott website mounts for Wahoo products have the screws forward and backwards. Where does that screw into?!
Great review as usual. I’d be interested in your thoughts on buying lower priced models and then upgrading, in your bike reviews. I have the RC20 which has SRAM etap but same frame, forks, bars and post, and upgraded the wheels to Hunt aerodynamicist which comes out at roughly the same price as the RC15. In my view that’s better value and the blue colour is equally stunning. What would you think, David? Tubeless helps and I quite like the Scott saddle with no issues, though only 50-60 mile rides so far. That said I certainly have a bigger posterior than you. It replaced an Ultimate and I think the RC is a faster smoother better looking bike than anything at this price point.
Get down the bike shop and try one out Im 6 foot , 182.88 and I ride a 54cm medium frame. It’s one of the best looking bikes on the street. And you can fit 35mm tires if you want to convert it to a gravel bike. If this Scott bike offers these benefits, what more can you ask for?
