I’ve been trying to get a piece of torn floss out between my teeth for two hours now, I’m giving up and going to sleep I’ve tried tweezers, toothpick, needle, other floss and all of it just makes my gums keep bleeding and then I can’t see what I’m doing or trying to get out fuck my life this sucks, especially since I was flossing and about to go to bed
Usually RUclips Videos leave you with some additional knowledge gained, this one from a professional was not helpful. Let us assume the 'subject' knows what a Floss Threader is & will not work because the area is stuck. What would the Doctor do?
Thanks. This and Reddit help. The needle and thread thingy finally help. I basically double the floss line between my teeth since you loop in through the hole. One time I also made a knit with thr floss and that worked too
Floss kept shredding between 2&3. Finally the whole thing just jammed and now I can't get more floss in there to remove it and there are no ends sticking out either side.
I just got a teeth cleaning so its not tarter or plague build up. I know this for a fact. I had a piece of floss stuck so I used another piece of floss to pull it off. It worked for me. I need to get some of that waxed floss.
I have a piece of floss stuck between my teeth that I can't seem to take out. I injured my gum in my many attempts and going to bed having it anyway :(
@@kichandaaae2246 lol i went to the dentist who took a good while to pop it out. i also ended up getting a dental cleaning later to remove plaque so that it doesnt happen again
I think there is research on regeneration of teeth. I hope we humans can get in on that. I am 40 and about half my teeth have fillings. They don’t feel natural at all, are expensive, and are less resilient than real tooth.
I can’t buy a threader here, so I threaded a regular needle and pulled that through carefully, very carefully just below the root. Once I got the floss in there, I could get the stuck piece out. It never sticks at the root, it sticks at the end and I have things glued to my teeth to help my invisaligns. They sometimes break the floss if I’m not careful and I can’t get ahold of it. So needle threaded with floss works, just don’t stick yourself. Lol

Both ends of my floss broke off so I have no way of pulling it out. I can still feel it though.

Be sure to floss after you rinse if not the toothpaste will close the gaps making the floss harder to squeeze through!

what's the update? its been a week
Just slept on it .. it disappeared the next day .. I think those floss are made to dissolve .. just ignore it if you have one you couldn't pull out

Tweezers worked like a dream!!
I need to purchase rubberized tweezers. Fully metal ones do nothing for this.
Finally after 30 min of trying to dislodge it came out. Tried manipulating it up towards the gums with the help of another piece of dental floss
