That is really awesome, especially the ninja forearms half gloves excellent touch, a silver or black colored half demon face Japanese mask like the type some Samurai wear would be really cool too
My only critique would be too many swords, & the katana is too long. Either go with 1 wakizashi, or 1 ninjato. 1 of those double swords might be short enough for quick access & maneuverability. Personally, I own a replica of the ninjato Sho Kosugi used in Revenge of the Ninja. That's my go to sword. I like the dagger. You could also substitute that with a tanto. I have a tanto survival knife that has a hollow handle & survival kit. Being that you also carry a knife, 1 sword is definitely enough. I appreciate your enthusiasm for the shinobi way. 🥷

I up date my shinobi unitform in tactial way and still try new way i have three type black white and camo by useing russia sniper unitform dont take much turn other shinobi unit form change it alittel to your needs and fit to the time
looks cool but i think its to much for weaponary to carry , nunchuck and three katana is just an option, not to carry around when on a mission, you must be light,stealth,and focus what gadget you need in that mission. to be effective

Nunchuks never be used by ninja (except by Michelangelo turtle of course). And 3 swords it's for Roronoa Zoro only 😂 From batman you take the grappling hook, that looks like a batrang and the big ninja star is not very useful roped like that 😂 For the rest you're ok and congrats
