Thank you Lottie ☺ Trust me, I have to watch what I eat on the days I do these food reviews. I keep a really close watch on my calories everyday, and usually only have a fruit for breakfast, and a salad for supper (veggies only) if I have a restaurant meal. It's working, I'm able to stick to my diet and lose about 1 pound a week, and it's fun so far. Plus, I usually don't finish the whole meal either, so that helps too.
