The owner of the GraffLab wanted me to cover it since they do not work with USC anymore. And the artist was okay with it. And these walls gets painted over weekly.
victor lei that's the nature of legal walls, everyone goes over each other and most of the time everyone is cool with it. It's not like an illegal piece when you work really hard to plan out a good spot and risk getting arrested and then someone goes over you! I know popper work hard on legal walls but it just isn't the same :)
