India’s MPATGM Tested Again

- India’s DRDO today flight tested indigenously developed low weight, fire and forget Man Portable Antitank Guided Missile (MPATGM) today 21st July 2021. The missile was launched from a man portable launcher integrated with thermal site and the target was mimicking a tank. The missile hit the target in direct attack mode and destroyed it with precision.

No point, army will go for Israeli or Russian made saying this weighs more or doesn't have range for hundreds of kilometers. Look at Atags or Helina or Nag or LCh or luh or arjun, all same case. They do user trials till pakistan or China come knocking on our doors and then they go for foreign products under emergency procurement. Commission is all they want, I may be wrong but it looks like an open secret.

It's an over the top attack missile not many counter measures against it. American made javelin is also an over the top attack missile and see what they did to Russian tanks in Ukraine

@@arunm551 They were ordering a lot more spikes than that. 3 carriers for what? Giving joyrides to VIPs from HQ and MoD? THis missile has been ready for more than a decade now.

@@JaidevJamwal lol research first nag missile is not man portable it's carried by Carrier, each carrier hold 16 missile and as much as I heard no a single spike is being ordered.

*Ok I think after politicians DRDO employees make most money from tax payers. They simply have to test some weapon but then military buys it from Foreign countries. Military also makes money from kickbacks. I hope I an wrong.*
