    This workout was great! I really struggle to find the motivation to exercise everyday and everything I see on RUclips is so full on but this was the perfect pace

    This is my fav routine on days when I am not doing HIIT. It's low impact but good enough to make me sweat a lot and reach moderate/high heart rate! Thanks for the great content

    Thank you for the video. O am a beginner and I have appreciated this video. I can't make it yet through the whole thing. I'm only able to get to the 6 minute mark so far. But im gonna master this. Im not giving up. A little more day by day.
