This workout was great! I really struggle to find the motivation to exercise everyday and everything I see on RUclips is so full on but this was the perfect pace
This is my fav routine on days when I am not doing HIIT. It's low impact but good enough to make me sweat a lot and reach moderate/high heart rate! Thanks for the great content
