20 Minutes Low Impact Steps Aerobic Workout - No Jumping

  • This steps workout is designed for beginners and has a low impact on your tendons and joints. There is no exercise that involves any kind of jumping. This also makes it a suitable workout for people who are recovering from injury.
    All steps exercises are easy to follow along at home and are simple in form.

    Please do more low impact videos of 20 minutes and 30 etc. This is amazing and I really like you as a teacher very fun. Thank you so much 😊

    After the new year comes and we move, Im buying this so I can do step aerobics. Ive never done them before and it's a great way to excercise with the other injuries I have.

      Good Luck. I have a beat up stepper that i found at a thrift store. I'll be buying myself a new one as I really like aerobic workouts!

    I love how u make all these different style of step workouts.I love how u make low impact as well as high impact.I love to see another with dumbells too.

    Loved This workout! My mom taught step aerobics when i was a kid so I use to know all the combinations. I have not done step aerobics in years and this is an awesome low impact step aerobics for beginners. I'm subscribed and look forward to doing your other workouts ♥
