I love a good old bash up, but almost all RC cars are reasonably durable now days. Almost no reason to skatepark them anymore. We still do from time to time, but only if it makes sense for the RC we feature.

Fantastic Video. This is what we been waiting for. Im impresses w the new senton. Its suspension seems stiffer than most sct's. I guess thats why it handles so well.
Love my new Senton, it's crazy how well it handles. I'm doing the same thing, having a cone track at a local park. Have more than 10 packs through it no problem. I'll add that the body was kinda tricky to deal with but after figuring it out, super simple. Just press the buttons while lining up the 2 front pins and the body posts will pop in easier.
I think you'll really enjoy it. They really did make it an overall better truck than before. Maybe a slightly larger pinion would have been good, but it's so good otherwise, I don't even care that it's a bit slower than the old model.

It really surprised me how good and planted it was to drive. Even though it doesn't have the same top speed as the old truck, it's actually faster in the real world because of its handling over the old model.

The old one was my all time favorite overall RC, and this one is even better! Not as fast out of the box, but it's so much better I don't even care. Nothing a pinion can't fix.
Best race footage on youtube! Did you ever have power loss? I have it all the time with my Vorteks 223S and that‘s why I am hesitating tonbuy another one 223S…
I haven't had power losses aside from LVC when the battery runs down. It's still a slight battery hog just like the old one, but it's heavier as well, and drives much better.

Good eye, it is a rondo! My wife and I have a Mazda 6 which I'm not allowed to use for the channel, and the trusty old Kia rondo. The Rondo was actually a hand me down from Tado (my father in law, and FPV pilot). The Rondo isn't as fun to drive as the Mazda, but it's been a trusty workhorse for our family for a little over a decade.
Hahahahaha, at least this addiction doesn't come with negative side effects, oh wait, maybe it does. My wallet thins and my wife gets a bit ticked when that happens.
Hey rek, how would the Pro 4 sc 10 compare with the senton 223s? I know its 3 years old but both are identically priced and in having a hard time. Mostly for bashing, the senton looks beefier but the pro 4 seems to handle better and is a 1.5kg lighter
Speed out of the box is identical, both are very durable but the 223s is the overall better truck. It has everything the SC10 has, but also has a gyro, metal spur on the center diff, it's heavier and more planted. The SC10 is fantastic but certainly aging, even though it's a watered down version of the most winning SCT in IFMAR history, the new Senton out performed it in every measure during our testing. I'll be honest, I thought the SC10 handled like a dream, but the new Senton handles even better.

I added the 4S center diff to my Senton over a year ago. It's a game changer. Good to see that Arrma finally figured it out.
I've seen a few people do that and get great results. The old girl is still a beast for sure.

Just take the 3200kv motor & 100a esc out of the older v3 Senton & put it into the new 223s v4 Senton, win win lol.
I was thinking the exact same thing, add a gyro receiver like AVC and it would be the very best 1/10 scale SCT you can buy right now.
