- FIRST LOOK: The BZ compact SUV is the next EV from Toyota. On the outside you will find a sporty design with 21in wheels, full LED lighting, panoramic glass roof and two-tone paint scheme. On the inside you will find a futuristic interior with a massive infotainment sceen, sustainable material and "Yui" agent. Powering the BZ will be a choice of (1) or (2) electric motors and direct drive transmission. Is the NEW 2025 Toyota BZ a BETTER sport compact SUV than a CH-R?

The problem is, everything is called SUV, which is pure stupidity. This is a fastback/coupe with higher elevation due to battery under the car
the way they were able to give it usable interior and cargo space while still making the exterior low and sleek-looking is amazing

Toyota seems to be doing it smartest. These automakers dropping ICE and only making EV’s is silly. Where I am the infrastructure isn’t there.
I agree man. And I’m not gonna lie, at first I dance kool aid on EVs. But not only is the infrastructure simply not up to par, but this stuff isn’t nearly as sustainable as they claim and in many ways just as unethical as they claim gas cars to be from sourcing materials to building and even recycling has been the subject of much misinformation to the public. I like EVs still but it’s a much harder sell than I originally thought.

Seeing it here first. I've lost count of the number of new cars that I've seen here first on Raiti's Rides. Whatever Toyota makes is something the whole industry respectfully pays very close attention to. They are a very restrained company but are very ahead of the game behind closed doors.
Toyota is killing it with these EVs, but the zonk is that Toyota was late to making EVs in the United States. (Same with Toyota's luxury brand, Lexus). Toyota needs to kick it into first gear if they want to start making and mass-producing EVs.
First step its design... second step iT technology.. third step Battery tech.. solid state battery... let the others brand ev play first, with error to the consumer.. last tech and realibility its the winner...
Really interesting concept, seems better than the bz4x. Hope they get it into production.

This is dope. I drive Toyotas and I’d be stoked to have this one day. I’m not a huge fan of the inside as much as I love the outside. I hope the final version keeps the outside but tweaks the inside. I’d like a regular steering wheel, love the infotainment screen but for me the dash needs more. It’s too plain and like a video game.

It’s crazy how far car development/engineering has come. I hope this concept comes to fruition! as long as the range and price are competitive, then this will be an amazing choice.

Toyota should definitely go in this design direction! Looks futuristic in a good way. The paint color is fantastic also. I would trade my Tesla for this no question.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that thing goes into production soon. Interior may look a little out there, but I’m pretty sure it’s ready.

That concept csuv looks sick! Really love the exterior styling. I'm not a fan of the full taillight bars cars have today, but the rest of it looks amazing!
The interior doesn't seem to have much storage spots, and I can see the pass-through between the passenger and driver footwell being a problem if anything rolls under the foot pedals, or onto them. Still an amazing looking csuv!

What an incredible design!!! Love the curved screens. The front look is similar to the new Prius! Love the LED lights. Maybe could have added a storage compartment at the centre to store your belongings. All in all a beautiful car in and out!
Love the look of this vehicle. I have been obsessed with the EV6 but am going to hold off on going all electric as I’m optimistic there will be some solid competition in the next year or so with other manufacturers. I’d like to see some shades for the glass ceiling. I know this is “compact” but it would definitely make its way towards the top of my list if it came with a larger battery, more range and more power than the BZ4X.

Best design from Toyota and other concept EVs I've see. I love the exterior but I hope they get to make e few changes to the interior. Like quad zone climate control and a change to the dashboard plus extra comforts like seat heating, cooling and massage. For a car from the future, I don't see why not. These will sell like hot cakes if they actually added more comfort to the interior as I said. Lovely concept and a very good looking car overall

"Crab claw" lights look GOOD.
Cockpit is very futuristic look with amazing curved OLED displays. Toyota BZ concept must commercialized without any changes.

beautiful car. needs to be under 40k and offer a hybrid, because the Bz4 model has poor range of 250 miles and most folks say its not getting even 250 miles, so toyota has to do better in range
I agree. Until they're really serious about electrification, they should keep developing hybrids, which could translate to a synthetic fuel/electric hybrid or hydrogen/electric hybrid.
