It's definitely a crazy set of photos. I was thinking about how those photos have very little grey area to speculate on. They are quite clear and have the creature close up to the camera. This to me means that this is either 100% real and a photo of some kind of ape-like creature, or 100% a hoax meant to trick people. This photo doesn't allow for the speculation of "it's just a bear on it's hind legs far off in the distance" or something like that.

There’s so much in common that it’s probably the same phenomenon / altered state. “Where the footprints end” is a good book to start with. Jacques Vallee is someone you should look into as well.
the bigfoot-ufo connection is interesting. I've seen a lot of people use it as an explanation for the lack of physical evidence of bigfoot. I.e, they're actually aliens, or hybrids, or interdimensional beings. I think there is a certain type of person who gets drawn into the unexplained and see a fair amount of cross pollination as a result.
I'm actually less interested in the Bigfoot-UFO connection (although there is interesting discussions to be had there), and more interested in the Bigfoot-Dogman connection as apparently there's a river in the central part of the US where Bigfoot reports are common. Then at a certain part of the river the Bigfoot reports completely stop but Dogman reports start and continue north of that point. I'm a bit hazy on the details as it was on an older episode of Sasquatch Chronicles, but I believe the river goes from Oklahoma to Texas?

I live in the area and work in Sarasota and I know a few folks that claim they or they know someone that’s seen the skunk ape. Definitely a local legend amongst the locals. Pretty cool stuff actually lol.
I was thinking about this channel earlier and how it has valid criticism in regards to comedy. To see this new completely different subject was a delight. Watching rn
It's such an anomaly, given what virtually every other image of a supposed bigfoot looks like. Grainy, out of focus, shot from hundreds of feet away, or obscured by trees etc. And the fact that we haven't have any one come forth in 20+ years says something. If nothing else, it was a really well orchestrated hoax.
Personally I think it could be real. Like the idea of a decently intelligent bipedal creature that spends much of its time hiding form humans isn’t too far fetched in my book. I think the problem is when you go overboard in either direction. Wether it be becoming a squatcher (yes that’s what some call themselves) or wether it being that you aren’t willing table any evidence due to a misguided belief that “we already know everything”. Keep an open mid but not so open your Brian falls out.
^ the only new species being discovered are either subtle variations on well documented species or things from the dead sea.... we don't know everything, but we sure as hell know all major mammals... the cryptid community is hilarious with their "keep an open mind" approach to life. also, it looks like your "brian" is already falling out....
@William-Morey-Baker Firstly don’t put me as part of the cryptid community as I am not. Secondly I find it funny how people like you are so arrogant and trusting of humanity’s knowledge. You seem to be the sort of person who’d tell Copernicus that we know the earth is at the center of the universe and that it is stupid to even consider otherwise. You don’t know what you don’t know. As a final aside, it’s rather interesting just how furiously set in their opinions skeptics are. Like I get some of the true believers (a group that I am not a part of) being somewhat fanatical in their beliefs but it didn’t make much sense with the skeptics despite it just being as prevalent with them.
I found you because of your anthony cumia doc which was amazing I recently just rewatched all of that. I've loved your videos but I wont lie the ufc stuff doesn't really appeal to me. I'm so glad to see you're trying new things i hope you find more success on here you definitely deserve it

Yeah. The think about cryptids is even if they're most likely not real, it is still fun to imagine what they could be. What if they were real? What is possible explanation aside from misidentification? etc
@@BeigeFrequency Yep. Love it. Looking forward for your next video. Beige Frequency is always a great watch!
awesome video man
Here’s hoping Beige has entered his Cryptozoology era.
I loved this type of content from you. I could honestly listen to you talk about anything so make content about topics that you enjoy!
Loved this, definitely would love to see more along the same lines! Your ability to thoroughly research a topic, and present it in a comprehensive and objective way works well regardless of the subject matter.
This is a fun new direction for you to go in, Beige. I'm often kind of wary of conspiracy-adjacent content, but I trust you as a creator of integrity, and am pensively excited as a BIG fan of North American cryptids.
Love your vids mate. Refreshing to see you switch it up.
Watching rn
This ties closer into your usual videos more than you think as I've never seen artie lange and a skunk ape in the same place at the same time
Masterfully done and can’t wait to see more like this!
I've been a fan since 2017 and I love seeing you cover cryptids. Please do more.
You killed it man, great job.
I remember being really into cryptid stuff when I was like 12-13 and seeing this photo shook me. It was like I suddenly had evidence of Bigfoot lol.
Dead ass same here. Saw it in a book and the online later. Spooked the hell out of me.
I came back to check and I'm happy to see this video did well in the "numbers department" because Id love to see more content like this from you!
I found you because of your anthony cumia doc which was amazing I recently just rewatched all of that. I've loved your videos but I wont lie the ufc stuff doesn't really appeal to me. I'm so glad to see you're trying new things i hope you find more success on here you definitely deserve it
you should absolutely make more of these types of videos. the way you analyze anything is very entertaining and very binge-able, thanks man.
my late grandfather referred to something in the woods around our house as the Booger Bear though i'm pretty sure it was just to keep us from going off too far. i grew up in Rural Louisiana and back then it was a few miles of dirt roads and open fields dotting massive forests to get to the "blacktop". never saw or heard anything out of the ordinary that I can recall though.
I never expected this from beige, but I’m here for it!
i would love more content like this. Love your narrative voice, and your style. MMA was just one of my many interests, but anything mystery involved/ cryptids/ scary stuff is a huge second for me. Awesome stuff
Cryptozoology and Beige Frequency, the combination I didn’t know I needed or think would happen, but exactly what I need. Thank you.
I live in the area. Definitely tourist sites for it. It’s a fun place to go to. They have gators there along with “exhibits” about the skunk ape. We need these kind of stupid things in life sometimes. I put it up there with things like worlds larges avocado or worlds larges paper clip. Loved the video as always.
Your content enriches my days. Thank you for another great video, I’ll be coming back to this one for a long time.
As the late, great Art Bell said: I love bigfoot. I wish bigfoot was my dad.
I propose that this thing is an orangutan with melanism. The colour is what used to throw me. Everyone knows what albinism is, but I only semi-recently learned of its opposite.
If you called Steven Seagal to handle it, you would then have two big apes stealing and eating apples in your yard
i've never seen your other videos but this was awesome, real TreyTheExplainer vibes, pls do more.
Beige is going to be the new Art Bell.
I grew up listening to Art and if Beige starts taking calls my life will change for the better
Another great video!
How unexpected and delightful
New Beige! With new themes! Though this would've been an awesome alternate title for the Lady Di story.
It's always great seeing youtubers who make well-informed documentary style content branch out to new video subject ideas
Your writing and musings on the whole ordeal have the same appeal of DownTheRabbitHole vids, amazing work. Would love to see you retelling other historical or amusing events. I'm only 30 min in but this was great.
dude i’ve been wanting to make a video like this about the wacky story behind various cryptids for so long. this is hugely inspirational and hilarious, I love how insane the backstories behind these always are
It’s a blatant rip-off off a video posted 6years ago by Bob Gymlan

Every time you pivot from your normal stuff you hit it out of the park Beige, always a treat to see you cover some crazy shit that’s completely out of left field.
“Skunk Ape” sounds like a modern hybrid weed strain
As a new subscriber bro, would LOVE to see more content like this. Interesting, informative AND you enjoyed making it. Keep it up!
Love this kind of video, really entertaining! Hoping for more. You gave an "extra fair" argument for all of the obvious BS side, but still, it's fun to think about cryptids.
The arrogance and ignorance it takes to think you have this world all figured out is astounding
Yeah. The think about cryptids is even if they're most likely not real, it is still fun to imagine what they could be. What if they were real? What is possible explanation aside from misidentification? etc
@@BeigeFrequency Yep. Love it. Looking forward for your next video. If not misidentification, then I would say pretty much all other cases would be covered by someone performing intentional fraud (such as the footage you shown that was clearly the gait of a human being wearing some fur costume walking, I think it was for the guy going for the grant).
Was very intrigued when I saw this kind of content pop up on this channel, but very much loved it just as much as your other videos!
I would LOVE to see more content like this! Keep up the good work!
100% in on this style of content, i remember seeing the pictures as a kid and they completely tripped me out, learned a lot from this video and would love to see more! (Maybe Mothman?)
Mothman is just a barn owl
