I started by scrolling through the BCA app, where I won a Renault Clio at auction. After picking it up from BCA Measham, I gave the car a thorough clean and got it serviced to make it ready for resale. It didn't take long before I had it listed and sold, earning just over £400 in profit! 🙌

Great little flip. What did you do about the front driver seat? Did you get a needle and thread out and tidy it up as best you can?
I’ve got a Vauxhall Zafira to prep tomorrow and find selling on fb I just get a load of “Best price”, you seem to attract good buyers
@parvinkukar1259 the rip was just too big to sew up so I just left it. I couldn't find a replacement seat with the same pattern so I just highlighted it in the description. I find the trick to FB marketplace is deleting the ad (not reposting) and readvertising every 2 or 3 days. Seems to work. If I get messages asking what the best price is then I ask them to come and view and make an offer. Usually don't get a response back 🤣
@@carsnstuffuk that’s a trick I do as well, but I find auto trader much better customers and happy to cost in the extra £30 or so for a couple of weeks. Great content keep it up
@parvinkukar1259 auto trader is much better and more genuine buyers. I pay £45 as it stays on there until it's sold. I just put it on FB first as it's free and to be fair, there's where I sell most cars anyway
I'm having problems to sell, how do you advertise your cars to sell faster
When you advertise on FB marketplace, I find if you keep deleting the advert and relisting then it bumps it back up. I do this every few days
Do you advertise as Trade sale rather than a private sale? I guess you have trade insurance and plates.
@iampaulnorris I don't advertise as either. I just explain when a customer turns up and they're OK with it. Never had anyone turn away because I'm a trader - think it's just good being honest. I always tell them its within my interest to make sure the car is in a good sellable condition with minimal issues. You won't get that with a private sale normally. And yes, both trade insurance and plates 👍
Great flip, love these flip fast , shame all cant be like that for you. Only one thing with out being a negitive nelly or karen, did like the music, loud and annoying, i kept it on in case you spoke be ended up skipping throught, Prefer it when you speak, over have thto read the words, watch and listen. Just my opinion. Thanks again for the videos
To be fair, I've been speaking throughout most of my videos. For some reason I decided against it until the last part of the video - won't be making that mistake again 🤣

I have a 60 plate with 122k, up for £995, can't get a sniff on it. Paid £600.
@andysmith3125 Is that on FB marketplace? Keep deleting and reposting (dont refresh). I find decent pics can make the world of difference to an ad too. To be fair, I mainly focus on cars under 100k mls though
Is there a joining fee for bca ?
@michaeltaylor1553 there's no joining fee but you have to have a trade insurance policy
@@carsnstuffuk thanks mate been buying from copart but fees are terrible and always more to repair than you think
@michaeltaylor1553 there's still auction fees to pay at BCA to be fair. The more you buy, the better the membership with reduced fees. You've still got to be careful with what you buy at BCA too as it's quite rare every problem is disclosed.
