- Had a wall to destroy so I decided to do my own rendition of Hbomberguy's "one small problem, Ben" bit. Unfortunately, I didn't nail the quote exactly. Couldn't do a second take tho so here it is.

Oh no.
Lets say, hypothetically, for the sake of the argument, that i know what you fear.
@zenyo15 That's worse because you could tell your friends about it, and they could join in.
Let’s say hypothetically, for the sake of the argument, that I own a 12 gauge shotgun. 😂
If I had a nickel for every time someone busted through a wall to disprove Ben Shapiro, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.

"Sell your house and move" Is this man not meant to be an intellectual? He may not believe in the issue but to provide an argument within the logic of the opponent, but not actually get the logic right, is just embarrassing.
It was just a dumb blunder on his part
He's not wrong. If you really think the water level is going to rise, you should sell your house NOW and move NOW. Before it gets too high.
@@godlikemachine645And then what? Let’s say we keep moving and the earth keeps drowning. Tell me what problem did we solve here ?
In light of the recording-breaking heat in the summer of 2023, he made an equally tone-deaf and idiotic suggestion: Just turn on your air-conditioners.

Nah, sell it to the rich politicians who keep telling us the seas are rising... And simultaneously keep buying beachfront properties.

We'd better warn them they made an unsound investment. What an oversight!
its almost like they have enough money to make as many stupid decisions as they want
They can afford to buy short term houses
What is wrong with Ben anyway. Come on 😆
Its still technically property, meaning you can just have corporations massing that for hatcheries and the like. Especially cause it will be cheaper to buy.
No it isnt property, its underwater, it becomes public territory from the countrys domain.
Even if it was, NO THERE IS NOTHING TO DO THERE
Sell the home to the people that doesn't believe in that affirmations. And as we saw with covid there are plenty of non believers

It's a funny joke, but the reality is there are almost certainly businesses that would buy the land, not the houses.
But the land they sit on, it would still be a part of this country.
What the f are you on? NO there wouldnt be "businesses" to buy the "land" cuz you cant buy underwater territory, it instantly becomes part of the countrys domain.
Plus, even if you could buy it, WTF IS A BUSINESS DOING WITH AN UNDERWATER TERRITORY

Lastly, I said that was the beginning of the list, mineral or salt mining and it keeps going, take your pick.

Why didn't you show the entire clip were he backed up what he was saying?
Because conservative bad >:(
@@PlasmaticPea-lo9km I honestly cannot tell if you are being serious or sarcastic anymore 😅.

If the ocean rose by a single mm I'll give them an ear. But no it hasn't, sorry!

The guy at the end is annoying
the guy at the start is annoying (and evil)
But he's right though, if the sea levels rise people will just move. Yes, you won't be able to sell your house but too bad. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
People will move, yes. In the short term, to higher areas. In the long term, across countries and continents. Fun prospects, hundreds of millions displaced potentially. Too bad for them having to leave their homes, but too bad for everyone living higher up (both geographically and economically). You're not stopping that mass of people, not with a fence, not with border guards, not with anything.
If it was just the water rising, not a huge deal. But at the same time we're past 8 billion people (nov 2022), plus migration is already becoming unmanageable across Europe, don't know how the US is dealing with it frankly. And with the climate going ape shit more often (droughts and heat waves) failed harvests will also become increasingly likely.
At least that's my prospect on living the next 50 years on this planet.
But they will become poor homeless people in lands they don't call home. Wouldn't it be better to cut emissions so millions of people don't fall victim to an humanitarian problem.
@@nigelbaddock Nope.
@@Nick-ij5nt Could you use more of your brain to say something more than just 'nope'. Explain yourself instead of being a 2 dimensional being.
@@gerchwurzelsepp8243
You are assuming that water levels will rise to take over entire continents, where is the proof? Keep in mind, the clip above did not conclude that people are moving away from areas due to rise in water. You further pushed to talk about fences and a border, I don't understand your point. If millions of people were displaced in America by rise in sea level, what does a border have to do with anything? Those who have thr ability to flee to other countries, will. Do you have any idea how many immigrants will flee to their birth land? I really don't see your point, I really don't. This seems to be an emotional attempt to showcase pseudo intellectualism.
In your second paragraph, You decided to state that the water levels rising is not a huge deal but this contradicts your implication in your first paragraph. You seemed awfully supportive of the idea that a rise in sea level could essentially take over an entire continent. Migration is unmanageable due to what reason? Listen carefully to what you are saying. MIGRATION (a privilege) is becoming unmanageable, therefore? Migration needs to be reduced, correct? Where exactly is thr climate going crazy? I have been living for about over a decade and I have seen and heard all the same things. Environments naturally are inflicted with droughts and heat waves. I do believe the heat in a dessert is to a higher degree than the heat in Russia. It's very easy to blame climate change when we see a flood or when we hear more droughts, but where is the proof? Keep in mind, a scientist saying words is not proof. A scientist saying numbers is not proof. Why you may ask? Well, how can it be proof when you don't understand what those numbers mean and how they got those numbers. The Earth is doing as fine as it can when it comes to the atmosphere. I don't see climate change as a priority. You said it yourself, we have a migration problem, that's a priority because the effects of that are immediate and long lasting.
Why is there such a homelessness problem? They should just, like...i donno, buy a house?
Starving? Why don't you get off your lazy keester and get all you can eat at the buffet?
You think children should be allowed to be lazy and focus on education and development by being kids, when they could be helping solve the labour shortage by picking up a welding torch?
Well, yeah. If you are having trouble finding a good paying job you should just commute an hour one way in a newly purchased vehicle... Why is that so hard to understand?
