    Now, I really want to sit down and create a wardrobe plan for this year. I have made several purchases on vacation, but these were items I planned to buy at a shop I visit each year in Tarpon Springs...I wear alot of items from there and needed to replace a few things. Thanks for the encouragement to plan my wardrobe.

    Well said that it’s better that we make healthy resolutions and do them for a month then not at all.
    Sometimes people get cynical and say what’s the point to make resolutions? No one sticks to them. Well, the point it’s better to do something then nothing at all. ❤

    I find February a good month for challenges tbh - it's short, here in Europe the sun is coming back so more time for walks outside, and spring is just around the corner.
    For financial challenges it's great, especially if you get paid on a monthly basis, because you will still have your same monthly income, but then 3 days less of food spending, or gasoline if you drive a car...

    Very nice Video, so relaxing to watch. I accidentally did a nno buy January as well, I think one of the reasons is that in December, there is a lot of shopping, thinking about gifts, buying them and getting gifts as well, so in January it's nice to pause, for me it happened automatically somehow... I was happy with what I got, for my self and as gifts so there was no need somehow to add something new... This year I want to work on my mindset about "its so nice to get something new" and reduce my shopping as well. Last year I tried to find my style, some things I bought I'm really happy about but others don't work so well for me, I reflect right now why and how to change that without overbuying. I think this year woll be a low buy for me.
    I really like your videos and find them so helpful, so happy that I found you! 😊

    hmmm... i live in the UK... not sure if all here hear the same when people say "how much items" ...but to me this feels related to the cost... the word "much" feels like a value.... and "how many clothes" feels more like the number of items. "Many" as in multiple. I really needed to say this... it has had my mind in a tiz!!! Feeling cute and very weird hahahah xoxoxox

    I planned a low buy. However, a few pieces on my wish list appeared 🙄 So I am back on track again this month. I read recently that the average person buys 56 items of clothing per year! That horrified me. I certainly do not come anywhere near that amount. I have been writing down all of my purchases, which I've found, has kept me in check, with no spontaneous purchases.

    • @ValKovalchuk
      @ValKovalchuk  Год назад +1

      56 sounds like so much, but i can totally see how if you don't track what you are buying, it could add up to that in the end 😬
