Sir I need piece of advice from you or anyone interested to share advice. Divorced between myself and my ex-wife conducted in Canada a couple months ago without my presence (when I was outside of Canada, and still, I am not in Canada). I remember she sent me 3 pieces of cards via her relative and I signed and giver back and after few months I saw my ex-wife wedding in fb and close family of her told me that she got married to another man. My point is I did not get a divorced confirmation document from her/the court. How can I get the divorced document? And whom do I ask, my ex-wife or the court/lawyer. But I don’t to which court/lawyer to ask because when I back to Canada I don’t want to live the city where she is located. I require some advice/guidelines to get my divorce documents to live proper life in Canada. Thank you!
If you have to get rid of it then become homeless become poor don't find a jobs and bisappear for a while then come back when the storm is already gone.
If the marriage is not registered in Canada then it doesn't mean anything in Canada. You would have to deal with it in your country that you resided from and if you were trying to become a Canadian citizen I would suggest becoming one. But if you're in a different country and you're married to someone that is in Canada and it's not registered than you don't have a marriage. Now if your marriage resides in your homeland then you would have to go back there to deal with it. But because you are married in a different country you might not be able to get remarried in Canada if you are already married. So if it's not a legal marriage then it's not a marriage. You're not allowed to be married to 2 different people in Canada. So if you never lived with the person for a year then you cannot get divorced. As well you would have to divorce them in their country by their law. Because you will have to go to a court procedure for it. But Canada will recognize the divorce. Hope that helps I am sure there is more to it.
So the moral of the story is don't get married if you don't mean it it's not a game it's not a joke and it isn't play time. It's harder to undo than to do. Don't cheat Plus if you get remarried in Canada and you're still married but it's not registered in Canada if that guy or girl comes to Canada to find you and then finds out you're married to someone else as well you could be in serious trouble.
If one spouse does not agree in divorce, what will happened? My husband doesn't want to give me spousal support and I can not afford a lowyer so could you please tell me what should I do?
Why does he have to support you? Get a job. If he didn't do any physical abused to you then it's not his responsibility to take care of you. Marriages is the biggest scam in this generation.
Marriages mostly benefits women and so is divorces. It's a scam, I would tell guys to run to the hills and save yourselves. Marriage in itself isn't bad but we live in a very sexist society where women think they're entitled to a man's money.
Don't get a lawyer and just start documenting the abuse hopefully you don't get documented being a abuser as well. Video proof says a lot but that's if it's allowed to be shown in court. Text messages may be faulty but if you have many things other than you just saying that it was. Remember it's your word against his or hers.
There are many forms of abuse. If you're neglecting your partner that is still abuse. If you're gonna make a claim on that you'd better hope that you're a perfect woman.
@@bobboby2400 Prenups are getting nulled nowadays. Divorce lawyers found ways to null it out. Best not to cohabitate and not sign the contract in the first place. Protect yourselves, smart men out there.
@@memebro3181 but yeah if you let lawyers make up whatever nonsense excuses they can to try and negate the prenup and you don't fight it then yeah you might very well have it changed the court can change any contract
The best protection against getting divorced is not getting married in the first place. Do not cohabitate, do not sign the contract.
Marraige causes divorce

Just get a prenuptial agreement or don't get married.
You could still have a meaningful relationship and it last a lifetime without marriage.
It is easy to divorce from abused husband
Abuse is one of the three grounds for divorce. Proving the abuse can be complex, we suggest you book a lawyer by visiting kpalawyers.ca

Just get a lawyer if it goes to court and even then nobody could plead your case better than you can.
Don't play games

I'm single I need very beautifull heart woman.
Get a prenuptial agreement and pray to God that she is good. Or just don't get married ceep her around until she leaves.
Women are far more likely to file divorce because they know it benefits them and they are opportunistic plus vindictive.
