1) As of January 1st, 2020, the new jurisdictional limit of the Small Claims Court is $35,000. The old limit of $25,000 no longer applies. Furthermore, your case must involve at least $3,500 to be eligible for an appeal.
2) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some steps can be performed virtually without the need for a process server. Speak to a lawyer about which documents can and cannot be filed online.

Great video! Found a 40-year-old document which is a profit share document that is numbered and signed by the original owner and was never cashed in. It looks like a bond certificate but it's not. It is a Profit share certificate. This was before computers existed or had just begun. The question is who can help with this type of claim?

factum are only required for motions and appeals. Factums are not used in trials. Trials use a "trial record"
