Dear Forrestji: I appreciate the physical interpretation of Ramayana. That connected the dots for me. I get the Mahabharata war we all go through that is all in the mind. Your interpretation of Ramayana resonates the same way, thank you. By the way, and to mostly western devotees, since we are all beginning to use these names a lot, why not try to say them nicely according to the Sanskrit :) - Ramayana spoken aloud and literally is "Ra-mine" (silent a's). Bhagavat is Bhag-wat (silent a), Mahabharata is Mahabharat (silent a) May the Divine Mother Bless you all on this fine day!
@rudraprasad Kindly look up what is "Shwa deletion" in Sanskrit, the pronunciation you puport is incorrect. This is mistake is common north of Vindhyas.
Taijilou- forget about the aaaaas and ummmsss, please try to see the heart of what is taught here. Hope this makes sense! The aaasss and ummms are important when you are chanting mantras and there also if the chants are from heart, sometimes even that is let go off. 😊
RAMA the rrr well pronounced relax and oxygenate reallly good, but the om its the core, one meal a day is not only healthy, you absorb better the food, you become more strong, its the healthy and better way to eat, so karma is eating 3 meals a day, you dont truly enjoy any food as good as one meal and you absorb better the nutrients and by the fasting or time of compassion for the body to fix itself and prepare for eating you are storing to much cancer cells or toxic cells that produce toxins, its incredible how fasting and sauna free you from toxic cells or self damage, just like dont be a beggar, even kings are beggars, free from toxic people should be nice.... you look enlightened in the face full of blood and oxygen, but it could be better, breath deeper and within more purpose and love... there is always time, is not a race, take your time to breath profound and talk, take you time... a well oxigenated mind is a better one. that whats mantra rama taught me.

I didn't know that om can be taken to stand for one meal, which is definitely better for the body, thank you for that information!
