Profile: " In ancient times, rituals and rites marked the passing of the seasons. At Fort George we adhere to the ancient ways. We mark the beginning of summer each year with a 3-Way: our most popular, most loved summer seasonal.
The recipe for each 3-Way is a months long collaboration between Fort George and two breweries we like. Breweries we LIKE like. This year the brewers at Fort George, Cellarmaker and Anchorage put their minds and souls together to create the perfect summer beer. Available all over the Pacific Northwest, all summer long.

Got to love a 3-way😉
😋😁😁
3-way is my favorite actvi....... beer.
Next years will be made with Horny Goat Weed 😂
I’m yet to trying this… sounds great! Love the 3 way…. Anchorage rocks! Lovin the companies in this collab… thanks for sharing… cheers 🍻
Yeah I didn't even know it was with Anchorage this yr so I was happily surprised
that rabbit silhouette over your left shoulder looks like big chungus lol
hahahahaha I never thought of it that way....now I can't unsee it 😂
I love this years 3-way. It’s a nice improvement from last years. 2014 & 2017 reins supreme for me and I need some time to consider if this years contends with them.
The thiolized yeast is what makes this one so different from past years. They took a classic London Ale III yeast and used GMO tech to engineer yeast to biotransform the thiol precursors found in malt, hops, and grape-derived products into free thiols. It makes intense guava like flavors.
In some ways I'm shocked the thiolized yeast isn't be talked about more since to effects seem to be profound. The yeast is banned in Europe and perhaps they didn't want to showcase it. Personally, I'm not concerned about it.
HBC-586 and it’s candy fruit flavor it a new favorite hop I love to brew with.
Hops and malt:
Hops: Citra, HBC 586, Crosby Comet CGX, Simcoe
Malt: GW Premium 2-Row, Rarh Pils, GM Flaked Wheat, Weyermann Acidulated
Great camera work, Cheers!
You see the 2nd version coming out this weekend with a new yeast strain
@@HopsAndBrews That's totally wild. It looks like an entirely different beer with even the hops being different. I"ll be stoked if it's anywhere as good as the 1st edition. I shouldn't make up my opinion before, but I haven't been a huge fan of some of the recent IPAs using kolsch and lagar yeast.
@@kobrewing well I'm looking forward to trying it. Always give a new beer a shot. Probably make a YT short about it vs whole video
