I’m a traditionalist to the core. I do feel that the modern quilt is just as beautiful as old time ones. But as a traditional quilter …..Looks like you are having a great time. Thanks for sharing. ☝️💋🤎🧵🥰🤠Miss Gloria.
no doubt the workmenship on the modern quilts is beatiful, but I, too, tend to like more traditional quilts. I have never been to quiltCon before and didn't know that there was two differnet type of quilt shows. Which quilt show should I attend in the future that would be traditional quilting?
Thank you for this! Especially the spotlights of the vendors--I was supposed to go today (Sunday, one day ticket, I'm sick tho) and I've found a lot of videos of the quilts exhibited and some vlogs about classes/workshops/etc but I really love seeing the cool vendors' booths and the make-and-takes! Especially that little iron they had!
I saw Kimberly's livestream where she talked about the Dolly quilt. It was truly incredible in person. Lots of tiny squares. I wish I'd taken more pics of it.
Some of those quiltes...wow! Such accuracy was required to make them. Looks like a fantastic time. Glad to see you finish off with Tucker's Elephant! Was that in the Youth's category? Thanks for making this video for us!
Thank you so much for your comment. I’m shocked about how much encouragement and engagement I’ve received since posting about my quilts. I will definitely be posting more quilty content.
Before the show, I had looked up quilt con 2024 on Google. There was a place you could click onto on their site, and vendors were listed there. Hope that helps.
Thank you for the video. I don't get to go to very many quilt shows so it is nice to be able to see what is out there.
Those were some beautiful quilts and some very talented people . Thanks for sharing !! 👍🏻
Very very nice quilts and products. Great show.
A really fun show. Thank you.

Thank you for this video! I wasn't able to go this year but I've already googled some of the vendors you highlighted! :) Awesome things!
Kimberly Jolie of the Fat Quarter Shop said she would pay a lot of money for that Dolly Pardon quilt! Tyfs, looks like you had fun.

Although I can appreciate the incredible workmanship of Modern Quilts, they bore me.
