Steve can’t launch until 22 frames he’s punishment is one of the weakest he has no threatening lows Dosent have a complete throw game mix ups are including lion heart mix is not that good he lands guard break he gets chip and 19 dmg u duck the guard break he dies only thing he has going for him is B1 in a game where everyone is like plus 7 after everything 🤣
If he broke thet throw, that set up could've really back fired.
