This looks very similar to the CP200D at first glance, is this a next generation replacement to the 200D or does this support more advanced MOTOTURBO features that the 200D doesn't such as site connect? Thanks!
Great question. This is a "next gen" CP200d with several enhanced features such as a rental timer, dual priority scan, and transmit interrupt. Unfortunately, the R2 does not support Capacity Plus/Max or IP Connect.

I read “High receiver sensitivity” to increase range? Would this work from one end of a city to another, like 10 miles or so? Thanks
